“We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance of downtown Mount Airy and this place fit the bill perfectly. The unit had plenty of space, was very clean and had the amenities we needed, like a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, etc. It was a bonus to be able to sit on the deck while drinking a glass of wine and listening to the music from the nearby amphitheater.”

“Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. If you are elderly and have a disability, you will have trouble climbing the stairs.”

“Place clean, convenient to everything. The only misunderstanding was about television. The only thing we saw about tv was that it was a smart tv. Spouse was upset that ballgames could not be accessed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.”

“I came up for a "Dad's Weekend" with my VT kid. I first checked hotels and because it was the VT spring game and parents weekend, prices were outrageously high. I checked VRBO and this property came up. It was much more reasonably priced, had more space than I needed, and parking was convenient. The neighborhood isn't anything fancy, but I didn't go there to walk around Christiansburg, plus the 15min drive to VT is easy. All-in-all, much better than a hotel room. Would definitely stay there...

“My sister and I were looking for a place to stay in Floyd while we were caring for our elderly dad. This apartment was perfect and was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The location was also great and very convenient to everything in Floyd. The owner was also amazing and helped accommodate us at the last minute and was very responsive. I will definitely stay here again!”

“We weren’t sure what to expect when we saw the abandoned sewing factory next door. The rental ended up being very cute and clean. It was also very conveniently located to the main attractions of the town. We felt safe in the area and it was quiet at night.”

“There was a bit of a mixup to begin with (totally my fault), but the communication with the property owner was great! It's a little hard to find, but that also makes it nice and secluded. The stay was terrific with modern amenities and a huge shower that we loved! Can't wait to stay here again!!!”

“The clubhouse was a quiet little retreat with all the comforts you need for a tranquil getaway. We spent the weekend here for our anniversary and it was more than we could have hoped for. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The property is peaceful and the views are stunning. We didn't want to drag ourselves out of the hot tub, but it was also such a nice place to just walk and breathe and relax.”

“The was my first time staying at a VRBO and this one was more than I expected. There was a bottle of wine, snacks & fully stocked kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone to have. The place was clean, and the area was very quiet. We were close to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore the town of Floyd. We definitely would stay there again!”

“We stayed here for VT graduation and could not have picked a better place. The lodge is wonderful- clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is gorgeous and there is so much to do. Our kids loved playing frisbee and feeding the goats and donkeys. Our grad loved the Hokie decor, and the grandparents loved the beauty, peace, and quiet. We are already makign plans to come back.”
