“Beautiful apartment, much bigger than expected. It was just a little chilly down there but they do give you plenty of blankets and electric heater/ wood stove. It was nice to sleep like that. ”

“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things...

“We really were only there to sleep - out and about during the day time and evening hours. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot (in the good way). Apartment was clean, bathroom stocked with towels/cloths. Kitchen is very retro - looks cool, but we didn’t use it outside of placing a few items in the refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood, short walk from the Mt. Airy historic downtown. Short drive to chain stores / restaurants if that’s your thing. ”

“Quality mattress, bedding, & pillows (with bedding options in the closet.) Decor that inspires relaxation & calm. Along a quaint historical street with multiple stores & small cafes and taverns. Enjoyed our stay & will visit again on future long distance trips for a peaceful “rest stop.” Couches in living room are only loveseat sized, not very cushy & less than ideal for larger or taller persons, but not uncomfortable enough to warrant a complaint or deduct from our stay.”

“This great property in pilot Mountain was in the back of the pharmacy on Main Street which made it private and quiet but only steps from the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the arrangement of space and decor of the property and it was one of the best rentals we've ever had. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!”

“The rooms were clean which is important to us. Having a reserved parking space was very nice especially during the car weekend, which was very cool. Amanda is very responsive regarding any questions. It is very convenient to Hanging Rock State Park and Mount Airy. The JOLO winery was a great stop as well.”
