“Thank you for the stay, the tv wasn’t working quite right but they looked after us. The staff seemed genuinely sincere in making you feel welcome & comfortable. Lugging up the suitcases to the first floor was a workout but they have a small elevator to take over once you hit reception. ”

“The most uncomfortable accommodations but inexpensive Appenzell you can’t be picky if you’re on a budget. The room, including the en suite bathroom is no bigger than a standard American bathroom, airless, windowless, and claustrophobic. We did not sleep, no air quality controls. “It is a self check-in accommodation. Need to check in online before arriving the property for pass code. No elevator, but room was very spacious and well maintained. Air conditioning was not available so first the room felt hot, but it became better in the morning.”
