“Hotel situato in centro a pochi passi dal Palazzo dei Papi. Parti comuni ben arredate e ben curate. Personale gentile. Varia e ottima la colazione. Nel bagno non c'era la presa per il phon, il materasso era durissimo, da un lato del letto mancava il comodino e nella televisione non era presente il canale italiano ”

“We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you...

“We stayed again (at the end of our trip) in this hotel. The second time was better than the first. We appreciated the hospitality and the staff. The home was clean with a functional heater; the kitchen was fully equipped. We thank you the entire staff.”

“Very poor stay, the hotel rooms and facilities are average and effortable, but staff has very bad behaviour, from receptionist to restaurant, till being unprofessional and also impolite sometimes. English is not a well accepted. Not in line with other Ibis hotels, where usually the staff is a plus. I recommend to book somewhere else”
