Upstairs, bedroom 1 (two 90x190cm beds), bedroom 2 (160x200cm bed, 180cm fitted sheet recommended). Shower room with WC. Baby equipment available on request. Electric heating (reversible heat pump) included. Bed linen and towels available for hire. Cleaning service available at an extra cost. No garden directly attached to the cottage, but a private enclosed outdoor area is available in the owner's garden 30m away (garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue). Parking. Just 500m from the beach, this charming little house is nestled in a peaceful hamlet frequented by hikers (GR223) and cyclists (EuroVelo 4). Besides walking and cycling, there are plenty of activities nearby, starting with the Utah Beach golf course, located next to the hamlet, with its restaurant overlooking the sea. The historic Utah Beach site is also very close, as is the port of St. Vaast la Hougue, which you can see from the seawall. Patrick and his partner Marie-Ange extend a warm welcome to this gîte, fully renovated in 2024. The charming kitchen with its duck-egg blue backsplash is the heart of the living area. A rather steep staircase leads to a bright mezzanine landing where the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located. The owners offer a small enclosed garden at the rear of their house for relaxation. Marie-Ange is fluent in sign language and can assist guests who are hearing impaired.
