I informed Grace that I needed a 2 Bedroom in case Family members who came from out of the country needed a place to stay they could stay with me. The listing stated 6 people. I asked Grace if 6 People was ok? Grace never said anything about extra charges. Grace contacted me ansking if I wanted to rent her unit.
