“The hotel is a zoo – kids running and screaming everywhere. It’s one of those hotels where giant families take their kids for a weekend of swimming and play. Terrible for work / business. had to have my balcony room switched to a non-balcony room because all balcony rooms face the pool, which is flooded with loud kids. Walls and ceilings are paper thin so I was in absolute hell. 7 am and I can hear the phone of the guy above me ringing. I heard his entire conversation with his wife, word for...

“I got so disappointed when I got inside the room it didn’t smell clean, the bathroom wasn’t that clean specially the tub, and the sink faucet. The beds aren’t too comfortable either, pillows for sure need to be replaced they are very flat and dated. I felt like I paid for the stay at a motel with the price of a hotel. Prices are very competitive around and not cheap to stay. Location was the only good thing so 1/10”

“Great hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and great staff. The door to the bathroom was squeaky and I asked for them to fix. When I came back the door was perfect and not waking up my kid when I opened it.”
