“Great as always”

“No hot water the morning we were checking out and they’re only response (at 6:30 am) was they would have maintenance look into it when they started their shift and not that they would immediately call in maintenance to fix the issue for hundreds of guests who needed to get to conferences, meetings, etc long before the shift started. Breakfast has gone downhill a bit since we last stayed”

“Enjoyed our stay, beside the run in with the cleaner she wasnt very friendly. Although I do understand everyone has off days. Hopefully that was the fade.otherwise the place was nice and quiet.”

“Don’t consider staying here. It was really awful. The bed was small and not comfortable the sofa was equally uncomfortable. The room stunk and bathroom was filthy. They did not refund $100 deposit upon check out and said it would take 5-6 days. I was told that I would get the deposit refunded when I left. There are other choices in the area so don’t use this one.”
