“A hotel's staff can make or break the hotel. Fortunately, this hotel's staff was great. They allowed me to check in early, and they even went and cleaned a room as soon as I asked to check in early. Also, whenever I needed something, the staff provided it. Overall, I liked the size of the room (it was like a mini-apartment), the location, and the cost. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was wonderful with instant hot water. We had a totally stocked kitchen in case we wanted to cook, which we did not. “Room was fine. However, there was 20-30 people partying, extremely loud, on the patio at 1am just below our room. We called the front desk, who refused to address the issue and the excess noise continued even though quite hours started at 11pm.”
