“Convenient location in regards to travel. Beds were hard, shower that poured water onto the outside of the shower area, no vent in bathroom which made it terribly humid after a shower (not good for doing your hair) pool was freezing cold (pool manager claimed it was 84 degrees, not even close).”

“Another awesome stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites! Hotel was under renovations - changes are absolutely beautiful & not at all disruptive to our stay. Rooms are super spacious and clean. Lobby area is huge and inviting. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Value is second to none - highly recommend this hotel.”

“My stay had several issues. I found ants on and under the desk, and although I reported it, nothing was done. The TV did not work properly—no channels and the remote only powered it on/off. The curtains were also damaged. At the pool, there were no towels available. The front desk associate, who appeared to be the only employee on duty on a busy Saturday night, did his best and remained professional, but it took about 35 minutes to address the situation. Unfortunately, guests had to return to...
