Beautiful Timber Frame Guesthouse nella nostra fattoria di 50 acri ai piedi del WNC

Questa spaziosa casa si trova nella nostra fattoria di 50 acri a Rutherfordton, Carolina del Nord. Ospita le nostre 25 capre Angora e 2 cani da guardiano del bestiame, i nostri 2 cavalli e alcuni fienili e 3 cani di casa. 6 bambini Angora Goat sono nati per tutto il mese di marzo. Niente di più carino di un capretto d'angora e faccio sempre del tempo da passare con gli ospiti che visitano gli animali. Pet friendly con ampio cortile recintato in modo sicuro solo per cani ben educati. I cuccioli devono essere confezionati per favore. Vicino a Tryon International Equestrian Centre (meno di 30 minuti), e meno di 30 minuti a Lake Lure e Chimney Rock e un'ora ad Asheville, Greenville, Carolina del Sud, Charlotte, e un sacco di paesaggi in ogni direzione.

La casa è stata costruita nel 2014 ed è molto spaziosa e ben arredata. Bellissimo portico per godersi i nostri tramonti colorati e un delizioso sentiero attraverso i boschi che circondano la nostra proprietà. Visita con le nostre capre d'angora e acquista nel nostro gifshop in stile fattoria. I proprietari vivono nel Barnhouse a circa 150 metri dalla pensione.

Una buona notte di sonno è un must quindi entrambi i letti queen size hanno materassi Tempur Pedic!
Il materasso ad aria della regina di alta qualità si adatta meglio nella camera da letto al piano di sopra, ma può essere utilizzato anche in soggiorno. Ripiegare il materasso nell'armadio della camera da letto al piano di sotto.

Awesome weekend stay!! Debbi is awesome and the place is beautiful. All of the animals were a big hit with the family and the cool general store is a must see.

The timber house is beautiful! Our favorite thing to do each morning and evening was to sit on the porch and watch the animals. The host, Debbi, was so kind. We truly enjoyed visiting the animals and learning all about them from Debbi. The general store was amazing as well with something for everyone. We will definitely be back for another visit! We miss all of the animals already!

Another incredible stay at the farm house! Debbi is the most gracious, thoughtful host. She goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. The house is so beautiful and comfortable. It's become a family favorite and we look forward to coming back.

This was our family’s favorite vacation and definitely will return. We loved the house, property, animals, and being able to bring our dog was absolutely wonderful for us. Debbi is a one of a kind host The house is beautiful and so well-stocked (kitchen utensils and spices, books, games, puzzles, and more) . I had everything I needed for making family meals and even picked fresh blueberries from the bushes for our pancakes! The surrounding towns offer a lot of great activities (biking trails, hiking, zip lining, swimming) but the best part was the time spent on the property walking the trail, hanging out with the animals, relaxing on the porch and visiting with Debbi. It truly felt like we went to stay at a friend’s for a visit. This was our perfect family vacation and cannot wait to go back.

To say that we were delighted with out stay is an understatement. Debbi is the most wonderful host and the sweetest person. She took so much time to show us around and introduce us to the lovely animals. Our kids still talk about Spirit and the Mini horses all the time. And dont even get me started on the house! It does not get any more beautiful. Everything is very high end and perfectly clean. The General Store is dreamy!!! Try the carrot cake ice cream and enjoy the Gem Mine. Thank you so much for your generosity and hospitality. If we did not live halfway across the globe, you would see us all the time 3 we truly hope to be back!

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. Debbi was warm and inviting, the cabin was incredible, and the property beautiful. We truly enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us and they loved the huge fenced in yard and watching the kunekune! Debbi gave us a personal tour of the cabin, the property and her lovely farm. We had fun feeding peanuts to the Angora Goats, giving belly rubs to the pigs, and playing with Sadie, Tank and Eli! We cannot rate this property more highly and look forward to our next visit!

Surprisingly lovely farmhouse that was clean and well appointed. Pictures online give a good first impression but seeing the property and grounds in person it really is even better than you expect. We will definitely return soon. The hosts, Debbi and Craig, are good at communicating and anticipating your needs while in their home. They have daily supplies on hand and home is very comfortable. We invited family that live in a town nearby and we all enjoyed our time together in this home each day.It was very cold with even some snow showers during our week so staying inside was no loss (and holding our new grandson constantly was a daily joy)! Not only the home itself but the farm and the store on the property are a plus! Loved watching the farm activities from the windows and during our chilly stroll through the property. My husband was tickled about the Case knives for sale at the country store. Something for everyone in the store and something for everyone to enjoy during your stay. Recommend this property to all! Thanks Debbi and Craig! We will see you again soon! : )

An extended Birthday weekend was needed for my lovely lady. After a quick review of the information and her approval we booked the over the top rental of this property. You will not believe what is there. Hosts are perfect and caring. We will be going back later this year and years to come.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The hosts are nearby, but give you your space. The house overlooks the farm store and the farm. It was nice to sit on the large porch and look out in the fields and see the goats in the distance and the piggies and the beautiful horse, Spirit. We took a farm tour with some other friends who were in the area and the everyone loved it, the kids especially because they got to pet the animals. The house has everything you need to get comfy and cozy. If we are back in the area we will be sure to stay here again.

Beautiful property. Guest house is first class. Debbie and Craig (owners) are wonderful people. Our dog loved it here also. The General Store has unique items for sale and also an extraordinary Case knife collection for sale. There are fantastic wineries nearby, and a great store for food shopping (Ingles) less than 30 mins from here. We will be back!

This is our 6th consecutive year at the farm and the kiddos & adults have never been disappointed! Debbi & Craig always create something new every year and their country store always has some new items. But we especially look forward to seeing all the animals that we’ve petted, cuddled, fed over the years. You will not be disappointed with this property….so much to experience!

I stayed at the wonderful Cherry Mountain farm and all I can say is it was a perfect experience and every way. It was me and my 13-year-old son, and we brought our furry little friend, a-year-old Bernadal. We stayed for three nights and it was a lovely spacious home with a glorious kitchen. The yard is completely gated and allows for your dog to run free and if you choose to interact with the farm doggies. All of their farm doggies are neutered and spayed and perfectly friendly. We spent every day visiting with the other animals on the premises. We got to know the goats and the pigs and our son enjoyed a wonderful experience feeding all the animals with Debbie. Debbie is a dream host. She is , kind and communicative and endlessly giving of herself. It was hard to say goodbye and our hearts broke a little. We will return for sure. Oh and easy access to all the North Carolina has to offer. I can’t recommend this enough.

My hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cherry Mountain Farm. The house was beautiful, cozy and very well appointed and Debbi was a lovely host. Very warm and communicative during our stay. We really loved our tour of the farm and getting to meet all the animals. Debbi has a passion for her animals and it really shows. We got some rain during our visit and it made for the perfect day to stay in and relax in the lovely surroundings. We could not recommend it more if you want a great place to get away. We left feeling very well taken care of and with new friends. We look forward to coming back.

OK... we agree with all of the glowing descriptive comments here for the many years of people staying at the farm. The very best thing WE can say about the property, and its owners, is... this was our second stay. We came back!!! Think about what it takes to get someone to return. Well, for us it is a visit of near perfection. There is nothing to improve upon. Debbi is the perfect hostess. What do you need to make your visit a success? She either has it, or will get it. The farm and the animals are perfect if you just want to chill. This is where you go if you want to relax. We did, for six nights this time. Finally, Debbi, I am sorry that I did steal the the loyalty of the dogs from you. A box of dog biscuits is a very inexpensive bribe (Bring one.). The pigs liked them too. If you are thinking of a visit... do it!!! You will love the farm, the animals... and Debbi. Oh yes, have you ever come across another VRBO with this many perfect scores given my dozens of guests over the years? Nope! Think about it. Perfection!
