There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. “The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. “This place is just average. Not a lot to talk about. Hotel condition is just so-so. It says 24 hour service. And it says staff will be on-site from 5AM. But when I tried to leave property at about 5:40AM, the gate was locked. I have to wait for some time and someone came to unlock the gate. It is a budget hotel. ”
