“Started at the Jupiter then moved to NEXT as the room we had was tiny and no mini frig, NEXT was larger room for not much more. I was super disappointed that the log bar was gone from Jupiter. That was a big reason for staying here at all. Handicap parking was a joke. Jupiter had a steel post that had to be moved in order to drive in or out, taking 15 minutes each time. The gravel lot across street was better but longer walk on uneven pavement.”

“No fitness center. Our door to our room had a huge gap between the door and floor. We had to shove a towel in between the space to cover it. The location of the hotel is in a relatively busy part of town. If you want to come in or out of the parking lot you have to do a circle in the neighboring shopping centers parking lot. Staff were helpful. I wouldn’t stay here again. It didn’t feel very safe.”

“Hotel is tired and a little tawdry. Entry feels disappointing and unwelcoming, furniture old, rooms are dated, and those little amenities like coffee in the morning in the lobby or a wine hour at night are missing.
towels were frayed, ceiling peeling in the bathroom, mold growing in the corners, furniture chipped,
Staff is well meaning but poorly trained - looked a little down trodden.
Room was big and included both a shower and separate tub which was very nice. Bed decent Gym was...

“Checked in and the clerk didn't tell us our room number. I asked what our room number was and looked at me like I was from Mars. My girlfriend asked, also got the space face, so we had to look to see what was written on room cards.
Were told nothing about check out, services, etc. There was an info sheet that we grabbed, nothing was explained except the $15 food/drink credit.
Also still have not received a receipt for my stay a week later.
Only fridge in the room is their mini-bar.
No hand soap...
