Hotel vicino a Forest History Center - Grand Rapids

“Arrived after 5pm to find out our room was not ready. The lady at the desk said it was just cleaned, and she had to double check it first. She went in the room and was in there for quite some time, when she came out she said it was ready. I asked her why it took so long and she said she had to fix a blanket. I asked her if the bedding was clean which she assured me it was. Went in the room, the bedding was damp not sure if was used. Went to shower and every single towel was wet and 1 had brown...

“Modest room. Full size fridge with freezer and a microwave and coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable and the linens were clean and bright white. Parking was available right outside my door. AC worked great”

“Everything was great, except breakfast didn’t start until 7:00 AM. A 6:00 AM breakfast start would be better suited for guest that have to get on the road early.”
