Per me gravissimo. In America usano fare così e in tutti gli alberghi dove sono stato era così. Non vedi l' ora di scappare dalla camera. Il personale è solo nero o latino, quindi tutti molto gentili ed educati. ”

“One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less.”

“We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. ”

“A comfortable and welcoming stay for a family road trip to Washington DC. The room was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long drive with a child! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was in good condition overall. A lovely touch was the warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival — a small gesture that really made us feel welcome after hours on the road.
