“The "superior" room we stay at was smelling weird and we asked to change and they said they will change but later they said there was no "same level" room available and put us in a smaller room (not even half the size of the room we booked) but the lady at the counter apologized and gave us a complementary buffet dinner... although I think the price was not close to match, still, her attitude was commendable and we accepted.
Rooms need to be maintained better otherwise this is an excellent...

“The breakfast was filling, the rooms clean, the hot water was actually hot.
The bar opened an hour too late but that was okay.
The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Maybe some English language training would be helpful for them.
Overall, it was a relaxing and excellent stay at the hotel.”

“The staff was very helpful and I was impressed with the restaurant. It seemed like a good value. We rented two rooms were on a different floors and it was a little annoying that you could only access the floor that you had a key card for so it was difficult. If not impossible to visit each other. The second thing was that both rooms. The shower drain was clogged.”
