“An excellent, clean and comfortable hotel overall on a major thoroughfare with a great free breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet that I was able to add at booking via Expedia for only $1.00 extra. There is a convenient general shopping mall next door. The staff was friendly and courteous but at times had trouble understanding English with some non-routine requests/conversations. Its location though is about 20 minutes away via an Uber ride from the town square.”

“The hotel is located very near the airport, that’s a plus, nearby chopping center and the coliseum where the event we were attending is located, great costumer service. Good infrastructure ”

“Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

“O atendimento é excelente, o hotel passou por uma reforma recente e as toalhas e os lençóis melhoraram muito a qualidade. Ótimo hotel pra relaxar. A piscina é uma atração a parte e não tem nenhum outro hotel em Belém, que tenha a vista e a área de lazer igual ao do Ibys Hangar. Minha quarta vez nesse hotel e com certeza irei mais vezes ”
