“Staff was not very helpful. hotel shuttle was very overpriced and also not well managed. I scheduled a pickup from the airport and they didn’t come for me. There is a hotel nearby that was very superior for food, service and ambiance.”

“They forgot to clean my room as well as the one of my business partner, we went out early in the morning and came back to the hotel at 10pm. Check in extremely slow, room dirty (Nails in the bathroom, several hair in the room), smelly room”

“Breakfast had variety of fruits and breads/eggs. Liked mango, granadilla and other fruits. Room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning working well. We could not use the bar dur to drizzle. It will be nice if there is a covered area in the bar.”
