“One of the best stays we have ever had and easily beating the best hotels we have experienced across multiple countries in the Western Hemisphere. The concierge staff and front desk are ridiculously professional and go out of their way to personalize our stay (shoutout to Urvashi, Lengoi and Simran). The staff at Quattro is next level. Shoutout to Anuj, Yasir and Kaushal for being such excellent hosts and ensuring we had such excellent breakfast and dining experiences throughout our stay....

“Staff at the reception counter was really great and accommodating. Room and the passages were clean and kept the same for the days I was there. Appreciate the staff. Breakfast though mostly South Indian was great. One thing though the odd number rooms like 303 did not have a window in the bedroom but even numbered rooms had this luxury. Overall a great stay and there is a beautiful garden at a walkable distance which in Bengaluru is very rare these days.”

“The hotel spend a lot of money updating the lobby and hallway. They look and feel 5 star quality. Once you enter the room, its a whole different story. The rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms. This maybe okay by local standards but by far substandard to a foreign traveller.”

“The staff were incredibly helpful, and the AC and fans worked perfectly. While the facility was relatively clean, we did notice a few bugs and the room felt a bit damp and humid”

“Overall, we had a good stay with our family. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. My daughter especially enjoyed spending time in the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good, though it was more suited to North Indian tastes. The hospitality provided by the staff was appreciable; however, there is some scope for improvement in the welcome experience at check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we enjoyed our time with the family.”
