Hotel vicino a Forestiere Underground Gardens - Fresno

“Struttura nel complesso carina. Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte di passaggio. Il ragazzo alla reception cordiale e cortese. Stanza abbastanza grande un po’ datata. Il phon non funzionava. Passabile.”

“Room okey, hallway smells like gasoline, outlets for drier n bathroom didn’t work , phone did not work, I guess I didn’t read about requesting a room clean because in other places automatically they do the service, dissatisfied about that, breakfast okey bout id you like cereal”” if not don’t bother”

“Purtroppo la stanza non era pulita, così come le lenzuola... La colazione non male, ma il servizio lavanderia a pagamento costa ben 8 dollari, e in un giro del genere a volte diventa fondamentale averla! Il personale abbastanza gentile. Vista la poca pulizia e la struttura datata non lo consiglio.”

“The bed had bed bugs that bit me all over my body that I didn’t even stay the whole night and just went back to Los Angeles ”

“To start with we were on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken, husband is disabled. The towels were so thread bear you couldn’t get dry, the tables in room were all greasy and nasty. The front desk lady said go check it out and then if you don’t want it come down within 10 minutes and they will refund. Took 20-25 minutes to check in and we were in a hurry for a wedding so had to accept the room for the night. TERRIBLE PROPERTY. if I knew who to ask I want refund!!!”

“La comodita per noi era la presenza dei fuochi per cucinare, ma abbiamo chiesto all'ingresso pentole e affini perche non presenti in stanza. In una delle due stanze i copriletti erano sporchi. La zona non è a mio avviso sicurissima, ma noi abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura solo una notte. Il receptionist è stato molto gentile.”

“This place should be shut down.. dirty unsafe on property management poor no shampoo.. unsafe noisy .. can’t lock doors .. air conditioning didn’t work.. stay out of this place”
