"Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile! La colazione buona ma non c'era possibilità di scelta. Nella doccia c'erano segni di muffa e il bagno era molto vecchio. La camera molto spaziosa. I corridoi sono paurosi! Le porte delle camere sono troppo sottili: si sente tutto."

"J'ai particulièrement apprécier l'écoute et le professionnalisme des femmes de la réception qui m'ont renseigné et mon aidé quand je suis tombé malade (maladie qui n'a rien à voir avec l'hôtel je précise). Encore une fois merci à ces merveilleuses femmes."

"The hotel is very nice, with well-maintained rooms and services. It’s conveniently located near a metro stop, and there’s a nearby street full of places to have breakfast or dinner. The only issue we encountered was with the hot water, which wasn’t working when we arrived. We had to wait several hours for the repair, and perhaps it would have been better if they had offered to change the room. Due to this inconvenience, our room was not cleaned on the second day. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The hotel is clean and overall well-kept."

"The reception is very nice and helpful. Overall it is a good stay, unfortunately and that is an important point the windows are missing blinders or at least some thick curtains to block the sun in the early morning, I got up multiple times until a point I could not sleep any longer."
