La nostra bella casa si trova nel cuore dei maestosi alberi di sequoia di Fort Bragg, in California. Questa posizione ideale, che si trova su 10 acri, è spaziosa e privata, pur essendo vicino a visite turistiche e servizi. A soli 5 minuti dalla città e meno di un miglio dal MacKerricher State Beach Park - famoso per il suo surf con acque bianche, spiagge sabbiose e sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta.

L'ampio ponte avvolgente di 1000 piedi quadrati è perfetto per intrattenere, grigliare, immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio o semplicemente rilassarsi con un buon libro. Ospita una partita a cornhole con la famiglia e gli amici, o forse una buona partita di ping-pong per iniziare la tua vacanza. Appena fuori dal ponte c'è un enorme cortile che offre molto spazio per giocare a calcio, ferri di cavallo, palla da wiffle o kick-the-can.

Questa casa può ospitare comodamente 10 persone ed è perfetta per gruppi numerosi o feste intime più piccole. La grande cucina completamente attrezzata può ospitare qualsiasi chef dal buongustaio esperto al cuoco o barbecue semplice sul grande barbecue a gas sul ponte. Cucina aperta con piano cottura a quattro fuochi e doppio forno, frigorifero inossidabile con filtro per l'acqua, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie.

L'ampio soggiorno ha vetrate panoramiche che si affacciano sulle sequoie che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale. La camera è completa di camino a legna, TV a schermo piatto, Netflix, DVD ed è perfetta per godersi film o giochi accanto al fuoco. La casa principale ha tre camere da letto e due bagni. La grande camera da letto principale ha un Calif. King, doppi armadi e TV a schermo piatto / DVD montato. Le altre due camere sono dotate di letti matrimoniali e TV a schermo piatto montata / DVD pure. Il bagno principale è dotato di cabina doccia e vasca da bagno a immersione. La casa principale è perfetta per adulti e bambini piccoli. La sala giochi / giochi per bambini aggiuntiva ha quattro letti singoli e un divano. La stanza è abbastanza grande per un materasso gonfiabile. Bambini / sala giochi ha una grande TV a schermo piatto / Netflix / DVD, camino elettrico / riscaldamento, biliardino.

Family Trip

Amazingly beautiful! Peaceful, comfortable plenty of space for our family to play games, cook meals and have a much needed vacation together! We enjoyed the privacy, the ocean and activities were just a few minutes away! Everything we needed was available!

Great location, easy access to everything and yet a quiet and secluded place. Kari was very helpful and made everything so easy. We had deer on the property every day. Huge Redwood trees all around. So relaxing and beautiful.

The Best Magical Property!

This place is straight out of a fairy tale, flowers, ocean sounds, and serious good energy. It’s spotless, everything works, and you can feel the love in every corner. It’s also stocked with everything you could possibly need, which makes it even harder to leave. Total dreamland. You’ll never want to leave. Just book it already!

Fort Bragg House

The house was beautifully kept and decorated. The only thing I would like to suggest is to put a half bath off of the bedroom off of the garage. Whoever stays in this room must go outside to get into a bathroom and in the middle of the night they either have to wake someone up to let them in the house, leave the house unlocked or leave the key with them.

Nice property in the redwoods

When we arrived at the property we easily found the key safe and the key to the front door. The older home is clean and well maintained. It felt a little weird like you were staying in your friend’s grandparents’ house. The furniture and furnishings are all very dated. It has a nice big kitchen with dated tile countertops. The appliances were OK, the ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work so we had to head to the store to buy ice. We looked through the house and checked out the three bedrooms but couldn’t find the fourth. Our group was four 75+ men who have taken an annual trip for years. The reason I booked this property was because it was advertised as a four bedroom three bath house. Unfortunately, it isn’t. It is a three bedroom two bath house with a kid’s room with four single beds. The room is attached to the far side of the garage. The kid’s room has no bathroom nor access to a bathroom without going outside, walking across the driveway in front of the house and in the front door. Can you imagine having to do that in the middle of the night? When I asked the host about this she said it is noted in the description, but it’s not. The description of the house should make it clear that the property is a three bedroom - two bath house with an available separate room attached to the garage. The mattresses were comfortable and the bedding was nicely done. Overall, it’s a nice old house in a beautiful setting among redwoods. It’s not far from MacKericher State Park.

Cabin in the woods

This is a great place,beautiful garden and big deck bbq great for outdoor entertaining. My family from Germany stayed here while visiting us house has plenty of amenities! Big kitchen has everything you need. Thank you Kari for letting us stay.

Birthday fun

We loved our stay. It would have been really nice to know that the 4 twin beds were completely separate from the house. That room is seperated by a garage with no doors to the house or even a bathroom attached. We spend so much money for our kids to sleep on air mattresses. Definitely not ideal for us. We have 2 boys with Austism and need to have them close. We really enjoyed the property. We had an amazing time with family.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

The property/home was absolutely lovely. It is very private, peaceful and comfortable. Our only regret was that our trip was so short and we couldn't take full advantage of all the amenities. While we didn't have our kids with us on this trip, we spent the entirety of our stay talking about how much our kids would have loved staying here with us. While this home is amazing on it's own, it is also a great home base between all the local activities. The property is a quick and easy drive to both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Where we were able to enjoy food and shops, as well as a ride on the Skunk Train. We were also a hop, skip, and a short drive from a lovely winery directly on the coast. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future trips!

Beautiful Home in the Redwoods

This was our second time staying at the house. It is in an amazing location. It’s very peaceful at the property and very close to the beach with a beautiful walking path. The house is stocked with everything you could need for cooking and enjoying your stay. I highly recommend this home.

Lovely woodland retreat

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home in the woods. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet with a well appointed kitchen, a cost fireplace and even bikes in the garage. We would definitely come back.

Perfect retreat

This property met and exceeded my expectations! The property was clean and well maintained. Quiet, peaceful location in the redwood trees. The kitchen was well stocked! We were greeted with a fabulous bottle of wine which we all enjoyed! Highly recommend!!!!

There is no where better then this vacation house

Beautiful home Private, the house itself is beautiful. The land it sits on was fast 10 acres of property, beautiful redwoods on the property that you can sit in the middle of and just meditate or lay a blanket out and read a good book 10 minutes or less from the beach. The food on the wharf was amazing. Quaint little town that it sits in and the people were awesome.. Definitely we'll be coming back here again.

Fun family getaway

Three generations of family enjoyed this property for our annual summer vacation. Plenty to do and space to enjoy the house and everyone was comfortable at night. Owner is very quick to respond when needed. Kitchen is well stocked for meals in, and location is very close to beaches and town. Looking forward to returning!
