“The staff from the time I arrived until I left were absolutely first class. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. My room was impeccably clean, well decorated and light and airy. Breakfast is ordered on arrival or in the evening. The cooked breakfast was delicious, extremely well cooked and served by attentive and friendly staff. “Room was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, modern but in keeping with the age and style of the building. Breakfast was fantastic, with a really nice menu to choose from. All the staff we met were super friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting Soutsea and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for a parking bay at the front of the hotel as street parking could be tricky. We stayed to visit family in Southsea and will definitely use this hotel again!”

“Great service at check in, asked if late check out was possible & instantly offered complimentary 1pm check out time which was perfect for us. We were also advised that the hotel was full (it was NYE) so breakfast would be busy the next morning, we were advised we could take breakfast up to our room to eat which was a brilliant idea as there was no where to sit when we came down but happily took our food to our room & made the most of our late check out time.
