During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...

“Clean room, great staff, good air conditioning ”

“This is a HOUSE not a hotel. There’s no parking and in the middle of a residential area. The check in is laughable. There’s a number in their profile that’s disconnected and you have to go through loops in order to get to them. Then that’s when they send you a text with a lock box number that everybody knows for the house. I didn’t stay and didn’t get refunded. Disgraceful, tacky and full blown scam from the very beginning. ”
