La casa "Paradise Point Key" si trova in una delle Ft. I quartieri più esclusivi di Lauderdale. Con oltre 180 "di lungomare, ti sentirai come se fossi nel tuo resort privato sul lungomare. L'ampia privacy e le fantastiche vedute dell'alba fanno davvero risaltare questa proprietà e, soprattutto, la posizione è perfetta per l'accesso agli eventi più caldi della zona, al porto delle crociere e alla spiaggia. La struttura è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una rilassante vacanza al mare.

La casa ha una grande sala grande con TV HD da 65 ", DVD con libreria e WIFI gratuito oltre a due divani letto queen size. L'enorme cucina gourmet presenta una stufa e un forno a gas naturale oltre a tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile ed è fornita di spezie e di tutte le esigenze di cottura che si possano immaginare. Le camere da letto a tema sono decorate per riflettere la vita da spiaggia, oceano e Florida del sud. La camera da letto principale "Shell Bedroom" dispone di un letto king size, bagno privato e HDTV. La seconda "Flamingo Bedroom" ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV HD. La terza "Whale Bedroom" ha anche un letto matrimoniale e HDTV.
All'esterno fai un tuffo rinfrescante nella piscina cristallina e poi abbronzati su una delle chaise longue mentre guardi la spettacolare vista del corso d'acqua. Successivamente getta delle bistecche o degli spiedini di gamberi sulla griglia del barbecue a gas mentre ti godi la tua bevanda per adulti preferita. Great property

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s very nice inside and the pool is super nice and warm. Sitting out on the dock is great watching the fish pass by and the occasional crab. There was a crazy storm that can thru during our stay that damaged a couple trees and chair around the pool but once I notified the property owner they came out the next day and had everything cleaned and ready to go. This we be my vacation home every time I come to Ft Lauderdale! If I had one complaint it would only be during rainy times there is a problem with drainage by the driveway. It caused us unable to leave for a half a day because there was 2 ft of standing water in the driveway but again there was a crazy storm the night before. Great place and value

Great Girls Getaway

We had a wonderful experience at Paradise Point Key. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities that we could ever need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and a coffee maker. The six of us had plenty of space to feel relaxed and not on top of each other. The backyard had a wonderful pool and plenty of chairs for all of us. The house was walking distance to the beach and a quick Uber ride away to all of the awesome bars and restaurants in town. It was perfect for our girls getaway vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, well-appointed property. The pool is beautiful and the house is within walking distance of the beach and close to Las Olas. We can't wait to return for another vacation soon!

Family birthday trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise Point Key. The house is lovely and so well appointed for a comfortable stay. I booked the house to celebrate my mother‘s 85th birthday. It was a perfect place to stay. It is close enough to stores and restaurants, but still feels private. The house has two zones for air-conditioning. My mom is always cold and I am always warm so that was great! Also we liked the little things: lotions and shampoos in the shower, the make up mirror in the bathroom. I am nearsighted so something like that is a really great thing to have and something I cannot carry when I travel. The hosts were in constant contact with us. We arrived during tropical storm Nicole and we’re very nervous but it all worked out great! This house easily weathered the storm.

Perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect size for 2 adults and 4 kids. 5 minute drive to the beach. Super clean. Kids lived in the pool. Would definitely recommend!

Very happy with this rental

This rental was great for our family. The property was clean and exactly as listed. Owners checked in periodically to be sure all was well. Location to shopping, food, the beach was amazing- 15 min walk. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Paradise Point. My wife and I, and one other couple. The place was clean, updated decor. Loved the pool overlooking the waterway. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and close to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. We had a relaxing trip!

Perfect house and location for our Holiday Getaway!

This property was perfect for our family during our Christmas and New Years getaway. The check-in process was a breeze, and our family of six were quite comfortable during our 9 day stay. The patio, pool and bbq grill were a wonderful extension of the outdoor space, and were well used. You couldn't beat the beautiful sunrise every morning from the patio! The beach is a short 7-10 min walk away, and a beach cart, cooler, chairs and towels were included with the rental. We also chose to rent a few bikes through the rental company and they were used everyday! Loved the location of this property as it was within walking distance to some spots and restaurants, and other locations, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., were only a short Uber ride away! Many thanks to Devon and Christina for their continued communication during the entire process. Thank you for a wonderful stay and experience.

40th Birthday Trip

The house is great. $8 uber to the Elbo Room. My only complaint is that they didn't have any guests stay the night before but wanted to charge $50/hr for an early check in. They did allow me to check in for free one hour early and were willing to decrease the hourly rate to $25. I just thought it would be a courtesy to let a guest check in early if the house was ready. I would definitely stay here again but book a flight that got in later to not have to deal with hanging out somewhere with my luggage for 4 hours.

Excellent vacation home

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this gorgeous home. The layout was great, very spacious and the decor was so homey and trendy. We were very comfortable. The pool was a huge perk overlooking the canal. We loved how there were many lounge chairs and a patio table available to us to enjoy our time outdoors in this serene, beautiful settting. The location was conveniently located, just a quick Uber ride to many restaurants, bars, the beach and the airport. We had one small issue with the plumbing, but the host was exceptional. A plumber arrived less than one hour from when we alerted the host of our situation and fixed the problem immediately. Would highly recommend to stay here! You will not be disappointed!
