Situato su Ocean Drive (A1A) a Deerfield Beach, questo fourplex recentemente rinnovato dispone di tre suite di lusso con 1 camera da letto e una con 2 camere da letto.
Questa luminosa suite # 1 con 1 camera da letto, rinnovata di recente, è completamente arredata e splendidamente decorata.
La nuova cucina ha ripiani in quarzo ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.
Gli elettrodomestici sono tutti nuovi: frigorifero, fabbricatore di ghiaccio, forno, piano cottura in vetroceramica, lavastoviglie, smaltimento dei rifiuti, macchina da caffè Keurig, tostapane, ecc. La cucina è ben attrezzata con pentole e padelle, pentole, stoviglie, bicchieri, utensili, coltelli da cucina, ecc. Per preparare il cibo.
Nel soggiorno, è possibile rilassarsi davanti alla Smart HDTV da 60 "o navigare in Internet con la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.
La grande camera da letto ha una cabina armadio, un letto king-size con un nuovo materasso e lenzuola, una scrivania e una sedia per lavoro o studio. Ci sono anche lenzuola extra fresche e asciugamani puliti disponibili nel secondo armadio.

Best of the Beach! Super Clean ,Stunning units with too many updates and amenities to List!From Superior Bedding , to Fine China and linens the units are in a class of their own resulting in a very memorable stay!Location is Fabulous….Quiet , but very close and in Walking Distance to all of the Best Restaurants, Attractions and Shopping that not only Deerfield but Boca Raton has as well!Been coming to the Area for over 20 years, and this location without question exceeded my expectations!Hosts are Best of the Beach as well offering an easy check in process, and are available if needed.Grounds are impeccably maintained!Already planning my next trip!Exactly as Advertised!

Work and vacation by the beach

What a great place to stay while escaping the cold.The apartment was furnished so thoughtfully, super clean, fresh and bright. Lots of lighting outside. It has everything you need for the beach, plus extra pillows, blankets and towels, all the basics for the kitchen and bath, options for making coffee, and ice maker in freezer. Laundry was shared with the other 3 apartments.Really nice having a desk for the work week.But the best part was the location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, dinner and the boardwalk. Easy drive to other locations in town and Boca.Wish we could have stayed longer.

Deerfield vacation

We vacationed for 10 days. It was a wonderful time. The condo was better than perfect. It was a perfect spot. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. It was immaculate and very quiet. Another Amazing Vacation

This lovely rental is PERFECT in every way. Paul and Hally go out of their way to make sure that their guests are provided with everything for a Florida getaway. The kitchens are well stocked, beach chairs, umbrella and other supplies are provided for beach goers like us. The location is amazing...across the street from the beach, and a short walk to town with LOTS of dining choices...casual and fine dining. Deerfield is conveniently located...just a short drive to other beaches, shopping and nature preserves. We have rented from Paul and Hally for several years now...and plan to come back again next year!

This is our SECOND TIME we booked this location. 1 year later and still looks brand new!PERFECT in all aspects.BEACH -a 2 minute walk across the street. PARKING - you have your own spot!CLEANLINESS top notch!- all the amenities- complete kitchen supplies, all dishes ,essential glassware, super clean pots & pans- all the paper essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues. Bagggies,foil, saran wrap all included for your use. Cleaning supplies included.BATHROOM- always had HOT water & CLEAN! towels towels & towels!BED- KING SIZE very comfortable- extra linens-pillows king size & comfy. extra blankets.BEACH chairs ,umbrella & beach towels - Included.HOST-Paul & Halley are wonderful hosts - always on top of all your needs.They accommodated an early check for us- There are only 4 units -Which makes this place quaint -modern -convenient and well equippedPHOTOS- True to the what you see.WALK- 5 minutes to great restaurants.DRIVE -8 minutes to BOCA Truly recommend this location -A PERFECT stay ALL AROUND!

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second visit for good reason. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. And just a 5 minute walk to a terrific beach or fun local restaurants. Being on the edge of Boca is a plus for easy access to shopping and entertainment. Paul was a great host and clearly takes pride in this property. We’ll be back!

we had stayed at this property before. Paul and Hally are kind and efficient, making sure everything rund dmoothly. All the activity of Deerfield beach is within walking distance. beach entrances, either North or South are about 70 yards away.

Deerfield Apartment.. absolute delight!

Immaculate apartments. Expertly decorated! Stocked amenities…no need to buy anything. Walkable to beach, restaurants, stores… Hosts Paul and Halley were wonderful! We were welcomed upon arrival by our hosts! Hosts were available to us the entire time we were In FLA. I recommend these apartments and will definitely return..

A Real Gem..Location, location, location!

This is our fourth year staying at this luxury suite. We have booked both the one bedroom and two bedroom suite in the past. Paul and Hally are the ultimate owners/hosts. The units are spotless and modern...with all the amnities you need,,,including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella and cooler! The unit is across the street from the beach and just a few very short blocks to fine dining and casual restaurants in Deerfield Beach. There is also a beautiful promenade for strolling during the day or evening. Restaurants and sightsare just a few miles away in Boca Raton and DelRay Beach....or take a drive to Fort Lauderdale or Miami! I can't say enough about this amazing rental...we will definitely be back again next year!

Wonderful Stay

Bottom line is " would we stay her again"? Answer is absolutely. Excellent location, truly a 1-2 minute walk to a very nice beach. The rental was very clean, quiet and well equipped and we were very,very pleased with this property.

Perfect Suites- 2 Thumbs up!

Greeted by the owner - gave us a tour of the property -explained all details of the suite- we stayed in the one bedroom - perfect the entire week -SUPER CLEAN facility- EXTRA amenities in the kitchen & bathroom- Linens & extra towels ,beach towels and chairs was a plus- they showed that extra touch from the time we booked to the very end.Beach is across the street. The only thing I suggest-Lower the second shelf in the cabinet with the glasses so us NOT so tall guests can reach- (smile) other then that - it was PERFECT!

Grandma in Boca

We basically live across the street from the property. Our family is large and I can’t fit them all in our place. So during thanksgiving part of our crew stayed there. Paul was over the top accommodating to us. The property is clean, beautiful and right across the street from the beach. We have stayed there before for the holidays and plan on staying there again. Perfect place to walk to town or beach. Thank you Paul, you are great!

Excellent property and location

Walking into this villa was like stepping into a European hotel suite. The decor was simple yet elegant. The space was fresh, clean and comfortable. The bed and linens were outstanding. The location is one block in either direction to get to the beach and a great range of restaurants and bars. We only needed the car to pick up groceries. We’ll definitely be returning.

Paul was thorough & organized. We enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, new and had everything we needed. Great location. Walk to town, beach and restaurants. Short drive to Boca Meizner park, palmetto park and Delray Atlantic ave. Sip coffee on the patio. We would definitely recommend.
