Gorgeous Modern 5-Star Beachfront Studio: Step out onto the beach!

Amazing beach oceanfront 1st floor sudio unit. This location is right on the sand and boardwalk of Hollywood beach. Enjoy famous Florida views from the comfort of the home's giant glass doors. All restaurants, parks, museums, etc. within walking distance. Visit the hip Hollywood circle and the lively downtown Hollywood where all the nightlife begins. This single family home has no home owner's association and is kid friendly. All shopping is within a few miles. Many extras included in your stay, including provided bicycles you can use to cruise the boardwalk, large 65" flat screen tv, one parking spot for small to midsize vehicle, laundry, kitchen, large shower, impact windows, built in closet, blender, toaster, coffee maker, 3 person couch, seperate queen size bed with 10 inch memory foam mattress, beach chairs, umbrella, beach mat, and beautiful beach views. This home mixes the lavish beach front views with exciting night life and excursions. This is a studio unit for only 2 people with one main area that has couch and a seperate queen size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The front patio is shared with the 2nd floor unit that is rented separately. The 2nd floor unit has its own private access from the beach side for 8 people which is rented separately at different times throughout the year. That unit is approximately 1000 per night.

**Apologies for the mention of "POOL" under popular amenities, it is a technical glitch and is being fixed currently! There is no pool in the property!**

Short Anniversary Trip

Our stay was only 4 nights but we completely enjoyed it! The location was quiet, convenient to the airport and steps out to the beach. It was well stocked, loved that we didn’t have to pay for beach chairs and bikes to ride. It was perfect for 2 people and we would definitely return!

Warm Air Therapy

The studio is perfect for a couple. I honestly cannot think of what else you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The location and beach are perfect as well. We are already planning on returning next Winter, while it is cold at home.

Weekend Getaway

We spent the weekend here, and it was perfect for two. The host had great communication and has put a lot of time and effort into creating an amazing space. The apartment is true to the pictures, spotless and we didn't want for anything. Bikes, beach gear, a stocked kitchen, outdoor seating, and towels were all provided. Plus everything is well taken care of and labeled for ease. The patio is beautiful - you cannot get a better view. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you for having us and for making a memorable trip!

Hollywood Beach - What More Do You Need to Know?

We truly enjoyed our 8 days. The very small space was fine for the two of us. Well styled with large format marble tile, good appliances and queen bed. The furniture is arranged oddly with the vinyl sofa literally jammed up against the bed and no sitdown space except that sofa - yes, there are two stylish stools at a very modest counter space but it is very cramped. We cook and that was a tall order in this space, too. No wine glasses. No glass at all so the option to pour a glass of wine isn't there - yes there were 2 plastic stemless beverage containers which were worn and scarred. There were several goblet size plastic glasses that we found too clunky. A very unappealing intro to this property. I phoned Scott who explained that glass breaks on the hard surfaces and they replaced them with plastic. He did offer to send a cheese grater since there was not one. We did love the location on Hollywood Beach and the very short walk to actually sit at the ocean - the very best feature of all - why we came - it's an old area with quaint homes and apartments that are highly appealing. Wonderful slices of the community as ebikes roll up and down the broadwalk, not boardwalk and many strolling couples and groups enjoy this rare luxury to promenade up and down from early morning til darkness. The outdoor terrace is also quite a nice space behind a sturdy fence and wall and intimate with the stroller, rollers, runners and that sand - oh my, that sand!

Great location right on the beach. The unit is spotless and very clean, with all new high-end appliances and fixtures. Directly on the Boardwalk with access to everything you need just steps or minutes away. You can't beat the view !!The host Scott is top-notch and easy to communicate with.I would definitely stay again

Too small and not comfortable

While the kitchen and bathroom are clearly updated and lovely, the bed is very small and they sofa bed cannot be opened due to the very narrow space between the wall and the foot of the bed, which is where the sleeper sofa is wedged. We did not stay any time or use any facilities after realizing the two of us would not be comfortable in the small space within one hour of arrival. In addition, the dorm like bedding, single towels, flat pillows, and signs and instructions posted left an uncomfortable feeling… Did not refund a single part of our four day booking or any cleaning fees, in spite of nothing being used. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend this for more than one person.

Awesome Beach View

My stay was wonderful. The most tidy place I have stayed. I was thankful for the labels showing where everything was. I loved waking up and opening the door to walk across the street to the beach or just sit on the patio and enjoy the view. This is at the end of the board walk so very peaceful but walking distance to restaurants. The bike and beach chair came in very handy. Plenty of places to walk to. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you for the beautiful peaceful place to stay.

Inside was all new and modern. Had everything you need. I have stayed at many places, this is very nice, a few things for renters.. it’s a regular coffee pot (they supply filters) they also supply laundry detergent. However often places have a few “extras” that maybe previous renters left to share. This only has salt and pepper. We left Pam, season salt, coffee, syrup. Hopefully it will stay. Lastly the outside table and chairs are falling apart but usable. Excellent location! Will definitely be back.

What a view !!!

I overall gave this stay an absolute 5!!! I can not say anything but wow !! We had one issue with the people partying a bit much upstairs but Scott made sure it didn’t continue to happen !! The only downfall is the Wi-Fi ! If you plan to do any work related things on lap top Wi-Fi is not very strong! TV even lags slowly and pauses! I know who works in vaca! Anyways overall fantastic!!!! Just need better Wi-Fi speed lol

Location! Location! Location!

Being able to step out the sliding glass doors onto the board walk and beach is worth the stay. Shawn did an amazing job furnishing this unit with upgraded kitchen and bath. Everything you need is here!

Wonderful

Loved our stay! Condo is small, but efficient and the shower is amazing. The view of the ocean from the patio and walk across the broadwalk to the beach were the key for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Quality Main Floor Condo in a Great Location

The location of this place, on a quieter end of the Hollywood Broadwalk, was great. It was just a few steps to the ocean and had everything we needed for a good time. We enjoyed the patio and grill, the big screen TV, the huge shower with handheld or rain shower heads. Having bikes was a real plus. Loved the outdoor music at the bandstand and various restaurants. Scott was easy to deal with. We would strongly recommend this for any couple.

Amazing Location

Amazing location right on Hollywood Beach. We sat on the patio and people watched for hours. Within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. Beach is 20 steps away. Exactly as advertised.

Beach front beauty

This property is gorgeous! Perfect size for 2, private outdoor area, right on the beach and walking distance to tons of food and attractions. Could watch the ocean waves while lying in bed. Make meals in full kitchen. Wash beachwear with in house washer and dryer. Relax under rainfall shower. He even includes beach accessories and bikes! The not so favorable. Guests are expected to bring in trash can from curb once emptied. Roll back out if you have trash. Sweep up apartment. Strip bedding and have it and towels in running wash machine. This despite a hefty host fee. With my husband's cancer and my MS, the last thing we want to do on vacation is figure out how to do assigned chores. The rules are also a bit much, no sand in apartment, no touching walls, protecting porcelain floors etc etc. Feels a little school like. And finally hosts communication was too much. 1st day checked in and said to call with any issues. Perfect! Next morning woke us at 0830 to make sure we had no issues. Called a bit later to ask me to bring trash cans in. Called again reminding me to put new trash out. Called again while we were having lunch, didn't answer. Text next day asking me to put package delivered for him on shelf in garage. (Which at that point I didn't do). Just too much. In conclusion this is a phenomenal unit in a phenomenal location. If the rules and chore list were lessened I'd definitely go again, but until then, I'll keep my chores at home and save $450 host fee.
