Awsome house, and the pool was great! The whole setup was better than we planned for. Perfect for the 3 adult couples on the trip with room for more. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely rebook.

Great stay in wonderful location!

Backyard is divine, with plenty of indoor space for us to relax and hangout. Quick drive to the beach, restaurants, grocery and liquor store!

Family vacation

We loved this space! Having two littles was a bit nerve wracking but it worked out great! Beds were comfy and the house was super clean. The outdoor area was wonderful!

Brief Holiday

We will absolutely be booking through them, and this property again in the future. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and guiding us as we prepared for our first family vacation with kids. He made great recommendations on where to go for certain items to make sure we had everything that we needed. Overall a great experience, great property, and great vacation!

Great location and beautiful home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout of the house was fantastic, and the backyard pool area was especially inviting and beautiful. The spacious rooms made our group feel very comfortable, and the beds were quite comfortable as well.There are a few areas that could use some attention. One bedroom had mold on the baseboards and the door casing was peeling badly. The dining room chairs were wobbly and may just need the screws tightened. We also found that the dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and cutlery effectively, and one of the bathroom showers only had cold water.Access to TV apps was a nice bonus, and the layout of the property allowed for great opportunities for group time as well as quiet solitude when needed. Overall, the location was excellent and we were satisfied with our experience.

Oakland Park

Great location. Lots of room. Great outdoor area, large pool and pool deck. Had some maintenance issues with plumbing and air but they jumped on it immediately and corrected the issue. Perfect location, lots to do in the area, walking distance to restaurants. A few minutes drive to the beach. Family loved it.

Christmas break

House was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the backyard as it had lots of space. Short drive to the beach and able to walk to shops to get all of your groceries, etc. Property host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Great house

Spent Thanksgiving with my family. Home was cosy and so comfortable. Living room area had great seating so we could all be together. Kitchen well equipped. The best part was the patio/ pool area. Ate every meal outside. Great lightning for night swimming and grilling

I booked this house for my family vacation and nephew’s graduation. We were excited about the stay because the ratings on this house were great and because of the pool area. Checkin was easy and the response from the manager was quick. We couldn’t use the TV in the living at all. They responded that the remote needed new batteries and sent two people the next day to change them. They stated that it wasn’t the batteries and that someone would have to come check the actual TV. No one came and we couldn’t use it for the duration. The pool was so hot that it wasn’t enjoyable. It felt like bath water and with the outside temps reaching 90 degrees, it was uncomfortable. The house is in serious need of an upgrade with the paint literally peeling from the walls in the dining room and kitchen. The dishwasher is rusted and barely works. I had to hand wash the dishes to ensure that they were clean. The grout on the tile floor is dirty with many tiles being chipped. The beds were comfortable which made the stay tolerable. The location is decent. They provided pool towels and sunscreen/bug spray which was nice. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this house because the price is comparable to other, nicer homes in this area.

Great family spot!

This is well loved home! Plenty of space for hanging out, plenty of room to sleep and the pool was AMAZING for our family. We spent most of our time in the water as traffic is pretty heavy around this area. The Publix is so close! Made it easy to get food there and the kids didn’t have to leave the pool. Private bedroom in the back was great for grandparents. It would be nice to have a tv in the back private suite. We had a wonderful stay!!!!

Disappointing

I will start by saying that this was our 4th stay in South Florida via VRBO. Until now, the description of the property were pretty much spot-on. However, this time was a disappointing exception. The pictures do not tell the true story. First of all, the property needs an immediate renovation/renewal. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the paint is peeling all over the property, the appliances are at least 25 years old and the mattresses have lost all their firmness. The sofa and rug in the living room are worn out and haven’t been steam cleaned in years. If that was not enough, we found the property in FILTHY condition upon arrival - the kitchen was dirty, the cabinets and countertop were terribly greasy. The floors all over the house were sticky and the closets had so much dust in them, that we refrained from unpacking our belongings. The kitchen had rugs that had oil and grease stains. The shower in the master bedroom was clogged. I will note that when we contacted Jonathan, the property manager, he reacted swiftly and sent a cleaning crew and plumber the next day. The cleaners worked for 2-3 hours to clean the residence. We had them remove the rugs and cover the sofas with clean sheets. However, it should have not come to this. Finally, I will note that the outdoor facilities were gorgeous! The pool was clean and heated. I think that if the owner were to invest in renewing the house, it would be a true gem. Until then, this definitely NOT a premier property.

Great house/pool/outdoor area - poor communication

The property was very good overall. The outdoor space we used extensively during all hours of the day and it was just excellent! The house was well appointed, had some good space, plenty of beds/options to host two families and we enjoyed the location. There was NO communication from Evolve Travel, who manages the property locally until 10 minutes prior to our check in time for the home which was maddening after we'd arrived in South Florida hours earlier. The only other negative was the outdoor grill had 2 of 4 burners working. Overall, great home, pool, amenities and location.

My kids loved this house😊

My family of six enjoyed staying in this home for five nights. The pool was perfect, there was plenty of space, the neighborhood was nice, and beds were comfortable. We would love to visit again sometime!
