The pool is professionally maintained and serviced weekly. As this is a private residence rather than a hotel, daily cleaning is not included, and minor debris such as leaves may occasionally be present due to weather conditions.

Optional service: Additional on-demand pool cleaning can be arranged during your stay for a $100 service fee

AC Settings:

Due to South Florida’s heat and humidity, we kindly ask guests to keep the thermostat set between 70–78°F to ensure optimal cooling performance and help prevent system issues.
