Lots of natural sunlight throughout, an expansive open living room, an elegant dining area with a built-in wet bar and a table that seats 12, gorgeous glass bannisters leading upstairs, custom zebra shades, new Italian porcelain flooring, Wi-Fi and TV's in every room and decorated with modern furniture and lavish décor. The beautifully remodeled chef's kitchen is perfect for entertaining and brings everyone together in the heart of this home, with two sinks, stainless steel appliances, including an induction cooktop, wall oven/ microwave, hood range, refrigerator and dishwasher, custom cabinetry, an island with seating for 6, draped in gorgeous marble countertops and fully equipped with everything you may need. Enjoy the fully fenced private backyard, which features a custom made pergola, fish pond, ping pong and foosball table - not a detail was spared for your perfect luxury vacation.

This beautiful designer smart home, is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, a 2-minute walk from the Community Pool and within walking distance of 20 Synagogues/Shuls. Dania Beach and Aventura are within a close proximity and a 6-minute drive to the newly built Seminole Hard Rock (Guitar-Shaped) Hotel & Casino Hollywood, which makes for an exceptional vacation spot.
DANIA BEACH PIER only a 12-minute drive and known for its award-winning "Blue Wave Beaches," 974-foot Fishing Pier and Marina and is one of the few beaches in South Florida that offers dining and nightlife directly on the water!

Property as advertised

Overall, my family and I had a great experience. Property was clean, close to the airport, and exactly how described. When we checked in, the property was missing some essentials that we needed to procure: toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Additionally, the WiFi was not working properly and there was a low battery beeping on the smoke detector. The responsiveness from the property manager was sporadic, but eventually, the WiFi and beeping noises were resolved. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed the property
