IMPORTANT: For safety and smooth check-in, all adult guests must send a photo of their government-issued ID along with their email address. This information will be securely forwarded to the building’s administration to ensure seamless access during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in making your check-in process as efficient as possible. *Please Note: After 4 guests, each additional guest is required to pay $35 each per night. This fee covers the costs associated with higher occupancy, like increased usage of utilities and supplies like toilet paper and soap, or additional cleanup that we as hosts are responsible for. 📌 Guest Verification For building security, all adult guests must submit a photo of their government-issued ID before arrival. This is required by the building administration for check-in approval. 👥 Extra Guest Policy Our standard rate includes 4 guests. Each additional guest is $35 per person per night to cover increased utilities, supplies, and cleaning. ❗️Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation. Unauthorized guests incur a $100 per person per night fee. ⏰ Early Check-in & Late Check-out Standard check-in: 4 PM Standard check-out: 11 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $25 per hour. Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. 📣 Fees & Building Policies • Parking: $8 per night (saves $4 per night and the hassle of paying for parking each night). • Noise Disturbance fee: $200. • Approved Late Check-out fee: $25/hour after 11 AM. • Unauthorized late checkouts (after 11:00 AM) may result in a charge of $50 per hour or the nightly rate, depending on availability and impact on incoming reservations. • $300+ Smoking Violation fee or the cost of hiring a 3rd party vendor for smoke odor removal. • Lost Key Fee: $100 • Lost Key Fob Fee: $200 • Lost Parking Transponder: $125 • Approved Additional Guest Fee: $25/stay • Unauthorized Guest Fee: $100/night • Approved Pet Guest Fee: $175/stay/stay • Unauthorized Pet Fee: $275/stay/pet *Please be transparent and add the correct number of guests upon booking the reservation to avoid any extra charges upon check-in. Should any changes occur prior to your arrival, you can constantly update the number of guests on the reservation. *Please inform us in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out so we can coordinate with our cleaning team. Standard check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. A fee of $25 per hour applies for approved early check-ins or late check-outs to cover the cost of additional cleaning staff. Whenever possible, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. On-site guest parking: $11.55/night We charge $8/night if parking with us!
