We had a nice time at the property. Very roomy for our party of 8. The house could use some freshening up. Get rid of nasty throw pillows and worn out furniture. There was an issue with old wadded up underwear being left in a drawer and there was a pretty nasty sponge left for us in the kitchen. No body soap or shampoo was provided which would be nice for people who fly. The location was good and the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard is beautiful.

The house was fantastic. The pool / spa heat was broken. We reported it several times and nothing was done about it. In addition, the only response from the host was that they will tell the owner. The contract indicates I paid an extra 15 a day to heat the pool / spa we couldn’t use.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighbor hood. The house was clean, the yard and pool were well maintained, and the hosts communicated well. This was an awesome experience. I would book a stay at this house again.

Valgal the management company provided information in a timely way. It was disappointing that there was zero effort put into hosting and the 5BR and 2bth property lacked most gratis touches like bathroom toiletries and a zero stocked kitchen not even salt and pepper or complimentary coffee to get guests through the next day or two also there were 2 pods for the (broken rack) DW and two for the W/D but this was a 5 bedroom four bath home. I could have rented four hotel rooms in an amenity building with each room having two queen beds and paid close to the same money and had someone else doing the cleaning/towels etc We only cooked one day which was Thanksgiving dinner and we decided we are happy to let that work go next year. The home itself was well laid out and suited our purpose.

Vacation

The location is great! I like the neighborhood. I took me 25mins to walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood. The house has alot of space! Plenty of bedrooms. Nice house. My only.Complaint was the pool. ThePool was dirty. They came out four days after I got there to clean it only after I emailed called and texted them to do so. They still didn't do a good job. Nobody.Wanted to get in the pool. I wouldn't have cared so much because I'm a beach person.However I rented this house for the kids and friends. They charged me a cleaning fee for the pool and pool maintenance. The pool was a disappointment. The house was great!

Great neighborhood

Just finished our 3 week stay here. This is a big house. It’s an old house and could use updating. The neighborhood and location to the beach are terrific! Pool itself is really nice and stayed warm, the shrubbery and trees surrounding keep it a little messy. Someone came twice a week to clean it-that was good. Outdoor furniture is good-cushions need replacing. The couple issues we had someone came within 24 hours to fix.

Very beautiful and spacious

It was a nice house. The pool and spa was awesome. Good location too. The only downside for us was that the pool pump was broken when we arrived and it was very noisy. To be fair, they came to replace it two days later. Good service. Overall, we had a very fun stay.

Great locationlarge house FILTHY DIRTY!

We recently stayed at this property with our children/spouses. This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood; close to the airport, minutes away from the downtown attractions, fantastic restaurants and the boardwalk. This house had plenty of bedrooms, 2 living room areas, a dining area, large kitchen and nice outdoor space. Upon arrival, I noticed immediately how dirty the master bathroom was. The bidet had “hair” in it, there was a leaf on the floor behind the toilet, the ledge walking into the shower was black and moldy, the toilet roll holder was rusted, the toilet button was so dirty, the window frame was disgustingly dirty, and there was a large clump of someone’s hair underneath the master bedroom’s nightstand. Disgusting. The kitchen floor under the table as well as under the sink was clearly not swept or washed either. I swept and cleaned both areas. The tv in one of the living room’s didn’t work, however, we made a call and the property manager, Chris quickly came over and was able to fix the problem. The outdoor area was beautiful; nice size pool and hot tub. Was very private and a nice area to just sit and relax. We spent months planning our vacation for our children’s Christmas gift and had many, many VRBO options. When we came across this property and viewed the pictures, we thought it would be the perfect house for our family. For the amount we paid to stay at the house, we were disappointed and disgusted at the cleanliness.

Perfect place for a family get together, plenty of room inside (sleeping, leisure, dining) and plenty of room outside by the pool and a very short drive or even walk to the beach. Quick responses from the property manager when we had questions.

A tad underwelmed

The property was in a nice area - large home. The kitchen is not as well appointed - nothing in the way of spices or coffee etc. Hot tub never heated up. Front room was not very nice. As a couple that uses VRBO's for travel each year, this property didn't wow us.Might be a great spot for a large family. Loved the Iguanas...

Family Stay for Aunt's 100th Birthday

This was a great place to stay while in Florida. The whole family was able to stay together in one place. It was clean, had plenty of parking, and overall was a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

So great!!

This place was absolutely amazing!! It’s in a great location, super close to the airport and the beach. All kinds of restaurants and grocery stores and everything was super close. The beds were incredible. The outside set up is fantastic. I have nothing bad to say!!

Outside is great!

First the good - the outside area is great, nice pool, plenty of dining and seating. The location is on a quiet residential street, walkable to the beach, and downtown Hollywood (many dining options both directions). The downside is that the house is a bit dated and in need of some updates. The pictures are accurate, it's just hard to tell from photos. The cleanliness was so/so - mainly clean, but tops of tile baseboards were grimy, spatters on bathroom wall, corners dusty - that type of stuff.

Not what we had hoped for

Our family takes a big family trip every year and every year we get a rental home. This had to be the most disappointing. The home is older than shown and has a lot of issues with lights not working, thermostat issues, drawers falling out in the kitchen, and regulation of the “heated” pool that never warmed up to temp. We were unlucky with the temperature outside and were really looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Neither worked well and you couldn’t have both warm at the same time. The dryer stopped working in the house and my father and BIL had to work on it so we had dry clothes for the trip home. The bedroom with bunk-beds is missing a side railing on the top bunk and could not be used for all the kids. The house is in need of some serious maintenance.
