Valgal the management company provided information in a timely way. It was disappointing that there was zero effort put into hosting and the 5BR and 2bth property lacked most gratis touches like bathroom toiletries and a zero stocked kitchen not even salt and pepper or complimentary coffee to get guests through the next day or two also there were 2 pods for the (broken rack) DW and two for the W/D but this was a 5 bedroom four bath home. I could have rented four hotel rooms in an amenity building with each room having two queen beds and paid close to the same money and had someone else doing the cleaning/towels etc We only cooked one day which was Thanksgiving dinner and we decided we are happy to let that work go next year. The home itself was well laid out and suited our purpose.
