Casa Bella Vita offers 6300 sq ft of luxurious waterfront living that is both serene and private. Located on the ideal wide east-west canal, steps from the intercoastal, you are able to enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset with ocean breezes all day.

This amazing 7 bedroom, 7 bed, 7.5 baths home Two Master bedrooms, one on each floor, offer private walkout patios. All 5 waterfront bedrooms include private patios (1st floor) or balconies (2nd floor) to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet read. This property is ideal for a group or family that seeks to share a spectacular property and still have wonderful separation and privacy.

Upon arrival you will find home is fully equipped with luxury bed linens and bath soaps, bath and beach towels, and gigabit WI-FI throughout the property and includes a Sonos surround system both inside & out.

Spacious and well-equipped Gourmet Kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and large Breakfast area. The open floor plan with large entry foyer includes a huge Great Room and large wet bar with wine fridge and soaring, beautifully appointed ceilings with custom trim throughout. Gigabyte WiFi and 9 all new large flat screen smart tvs help you keep up to date on the scores or enjoy movie night.

An Entertainer’s paradise, floor to ceiling windows flood the home with natural light and provide for great water views throughout. The home was amazing...plenty of space to move around and be comfortable with such a large crowd of 14. However, the description of one of the bedrooms is incorrect. The bedroom size is just off the upstairs master bedroom. It has 2 double beds and no bathroom. Perfect for kids, but not so much for adults expecting privacy and a romantic weekend away. Like we all had planned and expected. Also, there's NO upstairs bathroom available outside of the bedrooms.

Fabulous House and Host!

This is a great house and Esti was a dream to work with. She was helpful with everything and anything we asked. We stayed in this house with a very large family with four generations including much older individuals and young infants. There were rooms that accommodated everybody’s needs. There’s an elevator that’s helpful with bags and older individuals. The pool was very warm and easy to control, we were able to rent a boat (separately) that picked us up right off the dock, we walked to the beach and could go for walks all up and down the neighborhood. There is plenty of space for lots of different people to have their own room. Multiple living areas and multiple eating areas. Indoors and outdoor were both beautiful.

Gorgeous Home

Fantastic experience in this wonderful home! The only discrepancy was there are two rooms with Queen size beds - other than that the house is as described and perfect for a retreat, get away. We were a group of 14 - ranging in ages from 40s to 60s, there was no reason at all to leave the house. Great neighborhood to walk around in, close to supermarket and beaches. Highly recommend this property. Management communicated well and delivered as promised.

Bachelorette party!

This house is perfect for your next bachelorette party. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms is awesome good hot water for all the girls showering at the same time. Awesome outdoor space for lounging and swimming. Jesica welcomed me and all my guests and showed me around the property she was awesome and so cute. If I ever go back I will be staying at this home again !!!

A great house in an awesome neighborhood!

Our stay was fantastic and the house was as advertised. Very organized, clean, and perfect location. Great bedroom and bathroom layout for guests that provided privacy and space. We enjoyed the backyard, bbq, and pool for the majority of our stay. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to find a home off of Las Olas.

Beautiful home!

We had a great long weekend at Casa Bella Vita! The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as the photos shown. The pool and space throughout the house was perfect for 12 women. Esti and Jessica were great leading up to and during the trip. I would recommend the house and hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Staycation Extraordinaire

Esti and Jessica were wonderful every step of the way as we rented this beautifully appointed home! We are Laudy locals, and wanted a place for a Vow Renewal for a 10 year anniversary! Both families gathered for a beautiful Sunday Brunch! It was catered by a local team, and fun was had by all! The home has every thing you will need, gourmet kitchen, spacious bedrooms, lovely pool, with all of the amenities and then some! You get what you pay for at this stunning showcase! Thank you Esti and Jessica, we loved every minute!
