Welcome to Casa Verde, a standalone two-bedroom home set within a tropical multifamily property along a peaceful Fort Lauderdale canal. Your home is completely private, while the pool, canal-front lounge area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other accommodations on the property. With spacious interiors, mid-century character, and water views just outside, Casa Verde offers a relaxed place to settle in just minutes from Wilton Drive.



The Space:

PRIMARY BEDROOM

The primary bedroom is a comfortable retreat with its a king bed, its own en suite bathroom, and a private door leading directly outside to the patio. Step out in the morning with a cup of coffee or enjoy the evening air without having to walk through the rest of the house.



BEDROOM 2

The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a queen bed and convenient access to a second full bathroom located just down the hallway.



LIVING ROOM

The living room is designed for relaxing at home, with two plush sofas and a large Smart TV. There’s plenty of room to spread out for a movie night, catch up after a day exploring Fort Lauderdale, or simply enjoy a slower afternoon inside.



KITCHEN & DINING

One of Casa Verde’s standout features is its extra-large, fully equipped kitchen. With generous counter space, cookware, utensils, and everyday essentials, there’s plenty of room for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner at home. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, where expansive glass doors bring in natural light and look out toward the pool and tropical surroundings.



A dedicated desk beside the dining area provides a convenient workspace for remote work, checking emails, or planning your stay.



SHARED POOL, CANAL & OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside into the property’s lush tropical grounds, where the pool, outdoor areas, and canal-front setting are shared between Casa Verde and the other guest accommodations on the property.

Spend the afternoon by the pool, settle into a lounge chair along the canal with a book, or enjoy your morning coffee by the water. Mature landscaping surrounds the property, creating a relaxed tropical setting for enjoying South Florida outdoors. Please note that these outdoor amenities are shared spaces. You may see or interact with other guests staying on the property while using the pool, canal-front lounge area, or other common outdoor areas. Casa Verde itself is a completely private, standalone two-bedroom home. Only the outdoor amenities and common exterior areas are shared.



With Wilton Drive just minutes away, Casa Verde gives you easy access to restaurants, cafés, shops, and nightlife while offering a peaceful canal-front setting to return to at the end of the day.



GOOD TO KNOW



Multifamily Property & Shared Amenities: Casa Verde is one of several separate guest accommodations located on the same multifamily property. Casa Verde is a private, standalone home exclusively for your reservation; however, the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other units. You should expect to occasionally see or hear other guests in these common areas during your stay.



Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to maintain water quality and cleanliness. A technician may briefly access the outdoor areas during your stay to complete routine service.



Mature Trees & Pool Debris: The property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and tropical landscaping, so you may occasionally notice leaves or other natural debris in the pool between professional services. This is a normal part of the outdoor environment and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool.



Canal-Front & Tropical Environment: Casa Verde is located directly on a South Florida canal and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Insects, lizards, and other small wildlife are a natural part of this environment and may occasionally be seen despite regular professional pest control.



Humidity & Environmental Odors: As with many older canal-front homes in South Florida, occasional odors related to humidity, weather, or the surrounding environment may be noticeable, particularly during warmer months.



Laundry: Casa Verde does not have an on-site washer or dryer. Please keep this in mind when planning for longer stays.



Parking: One parking space is reserved for your stay. If you plan to have more than one vehicle, please confirm additional parking availability with your host prior to arrival, as additional spaces are not guaranteed.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $120 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed whenever they are in the shared outdoor areas and pick up after your pet throughout the property.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
