“The afternoon staff was extremely friendly and the parking was easier than most places. We stayed on the front side of the hotel which was extremely loud from street noises including cars, trains and planes. My family stayed on the backside and didn’t have issues. The bathroom was a little dirty but when we had issues with the toilet, the maintenance came right away after we asked the afternoon staff. The morning staff attendant said someone would be up and the toilet was still clogged when...

“Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request.”

“The room was cleaned for the most part aside from the minor stains in the tub. The only issue would be that no matter what we turned the air conditioner on, it was extremely hot.. especially at night. The room stayed on 71, even if we turned the ac unit to 64. Both nights my sister and I woke up drenched in sweat…this wasn’t just a regular night sweat…our clothes were wet as if some liquid was poured on us. This was the extent of how hot the room was. Otherwise it was a decent experience.”

“Vicino al mare, parcheggio gratuito e piscina piccola ma riscaldata. Camera con poche spine elettriche, tv 26 pollici e non 45 come in descrizione. Solo 1 piastra elettrica in cucina funzionante. Regole troppo rigide. Servizio molto ridotto al minimo (al risparmio): 1 shampoo e 1 balsamo per 2 persone per 3 gg. A fine soggiorno bisogna disfare il letto ecc. mai visto in nessun hotel. Comunque pulizia ok. Posizione comoda. Dopo il check-in alle 10 ho chiesto di poter lasciare l'auto ancora...
