But the real highlight is the outdoor space—step outside and enjoy the generous backyard and waterfront setting that make this home feel like your own private escape.

And when you're ready to explore, you're surrounded by everything that makes Fort Lauderdale such a great destination. Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Riverwalk are about 10–15 minutes away, giving you easy access to restaurants, bars, entertainment, museums, and waterfront activities. Las Olas Boulevard is around 15 minutes away, where you can spend the day shopping, grabbing dinner, enjoying local cafés, or experiencing the nightlife.

Looking for some beach time? Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Beach are approximately 15–20 minutes away, putting the sand and Atlantic Ocean just a short drive from the house. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is also about 15 minutes away, making arrival and departure easy and convenient.

Smoking
Please reserve all smoking for designated outdoor areas only.

Parties & Events
Parties and events are not permitted at the property. If you plan to have a gathering or expect any additional guests beyond those included in the reservation, you must notify and receive approval from us in advance. All additional guests must be disclosed prior to arrival. Unauthorized gatherings or additional guests may result in additional fees and/or termination of the reservation. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM—please plan accordingly.

Damages
Please respect our home. We take pride in providing a high-quality experience for all guests. Any items that are broken, damaged, or missing after your stay will be charged at full replacement cost.

Trash Disposal
All trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in the designated bins. Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

Air Conditioning & Electricity
Please turn off lights when not in use and keep doors closed while the air conditioning is running.

Pets
Pets are welcome; however, a pet fee applies due to additional cleaning requirements. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and may be subject to additional charges.

Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Please do not enter the premises before this time. Early check-in may be accommodated upon request and must be arranged in advance.

Lockouts & Lost Keys
Lost key replacement fee: $100
Please return the key to the lockbox at check-out
Lockout assistance fee: $50

In-Person Assistance from Host
If in-person assistance is required (keys, parking, maintenance issues, etc.), please contact our team and allow up to 2 hours for arrival.

Back Yard
Please use caution on the back deck and do not enter the water. The area may contain wildlife, including alligators.

Neighborhood cat
The previous owners of the home had a beloved cat, and in their honor, a kind neighbor still stops by each day to feed it. The cat is very harmless and may occasionally wander around the property or neighborhood saying hello.
Please be kind and respectful if you spot our little furry neighbor—we like to think of it as part of the charm of the area.
