4. No Parties or Events: The space is for residential use only. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings without prior approval.
5. Respect Neighbors: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
6. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the booking. Please do not exceed this limit without prior arrangement.
7. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out time is by 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
8. Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages incurred during their stay. Please report any issues to the host immediately.
9. Cleanliness: Please leave the space in the same clean and tidy condition as you found it. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
