Surf Road Beach House- A beach front escape with stunning views of the ocean as soon as you step through the front door. Surf Road beach house is situated on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, a favorite for locals and visitors alike offering 2.5 miles of world class beaches, attractions such as Margaritaville Resort, countless restaurants, bars, shops, bike rentals, family friendly establishments, parks & so much more (and that's just walking distance). Additionally, SRBH is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale making it a breeze to visit several other noteworthy South Florida attractions such as Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hard Rock stadium (where several concerts, games and festivals take place), the Yellow Green Farmers Market, Mardi Gras casino, Dania Beach Pear, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach.. the list goes on!

Surf Road Beach House is one of 4 units within a boutique beach side residence. SRBH is the only one of the 4 offered for short term stays, with the other 3 belonging to long term tenants. When staying in this unit you also have access to the expansive, semi-private beachfront yard which is only shared between this unit and its neighboring first floor tenant.

Surf Road Beach House is FULLY stocked with all standard kitchen supplies, including but not limited to silverware, dish-ware, electric range, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig, blender, (not to mention our barbecue in the shared patio space), & more!

Beautiful home right on the beach. Love the electric shades that allow you to look outside or have privacy.Incredible view and the best location! All the furniture is very comfortable. Everything was super clean. The patio is amazing!!!We absolutely love staying here and would love to come back! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved the house. Its looks better than pictures. The location is prime. Easy walk to restaurants. The beach is calm. You feel that you are part of the boardwalk. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Chair, towels and beach toys. Publix, Wal-Mart close by car. We will definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful time here. It was everything we thought it would be and Lisa was a great communicator. Loved all the extras; shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, lots of beach towels and other extras. Would certainly return. The position on Hollywood Beach is perfect.

Great spot. Inside: Spotless, completely spotless, and man do they have everything you need, very well thought out. AC worked great (late May). Beds and couches comfy. Roomy. Beach things- including very nice and plentiful beach towels- made it easy to travel light.Outside: The garden/yard area was so much fun to chill in- we all wished we had a longer stay to grill out and people watch. Parking was not an issue at any time.Area; Good location to hit the restaurants and bars- easy walk but not in the middle of the scene. Riptide tiki is right there (fun, live music often) and a short stroll to Margaritaville area. Easy to get an Uber right here too.One thing I’d like to add as a traveler who is often accompanied by older folks- this place is PERFECT for that. Easy entry, big windows and that lovely side yard to enjoy the beach views and be part of the action even if mobility is an issue.Communication was excellent throughout as well.Hoping we will be back!

Milestone birthday relaxing beach stay

sunrises were beautiful either from the patio or on the sand. Soundproof windows made people watching lots of fun. Live music in walking distance. Good eateries in walking distance. 2 parking spaces on site was a real bonus. Unit is equipped with everything you would need to relax and enjoy your stay. We loved it!!

Loved the location and absolutely beautiful views! Such a clean condo and communication was so easy with the property manager. Highly recommend!! We also appreciated the small touches of not having to bring shampoo/conditioner, body wash and other person care items.

Amazing property in the best location!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured. Super clean and well appointed with quality linens and other supplies. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows (huge plus)! Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. The private patio area was perfect for morning coffee and people watching. The beach area was clean and quiet enough, while being a short walk to Margaritaville and live music. Looking forward to another visit! Thank you Andrew and Lisa!

Beautiful and Clean

A 5 night anniversary trip to play golf and enjoy Hollywood. We loved this place as it had a perfect location and ocean views. The Broadwalk was fun to walk to all of the restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Place

This property was close enough to shops, live music, and eating places along the board walk, but was nice to have the quiet area in evenings! Steps to the ocean with the perfect view of the ocean from the heart of the livingroom! We will definitely be adding this as a keeper!!! Everything we expected and more!

Hollywood Beach Paradise

Surf Road Beach house is the perfect place for a family getaway. Never in a million years did we think the pictures would be accurate but this place is even better in person. The views of the Atlantic Ocean through the panoramic windows are just stunning. You can people watch right from your living room couch. Everything we needed was in walking distance but just far enough from the crowds. We can’t think of a single thing we would change about this beach house. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Location, location, location

This was a wonderful property. The pictures are EXACTLY how we found the house. The hosts were very attentive if we had questions or concerns. They give a lot of information about things to do around the area which was very helpful. Everything was super detailed. The family really enjoyed the property and the access to the beach. The beach towels and chairs were provided at the house. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for any family looking for beach access, walking distance entertainment and food. The little one enjoyed being able to watch his Disney shows while people watching as folk walked by on the beach. We had a great time. Best vacation ever.

Perfect Place to Stay on Holllywood Beach!

Absolutely loved our choice to stay at this property. Very easy check in as I was simply provided coded access ahead of time. The home is clean and well equipped with lots of attention to details. The windows are large which allow you to see everything thats going on outside. The location is just a few minute walk down the way from Margaritaville which is super loud/crazy/fun nightlife but just being a few minutes walk down the way allows for more quiet at nighttime since we like to get to bed on the earlier side! Love the walking path out front. We liked to get up before 6am when it was still quiet to walk/run and then jump in the ocean. Anyone who says the ocean water is cold is just a complainer/baby/whiner- the ocean water out front is clean, swimmable and has a sandy bottom so we exercised on the path, rented fun bikes at the neighboring shop, swam in the ocean, enjoyed using the kitchen in the home but also enjoyed eating out at the restaurants along the beach. I would stay here again. My sister was a little annoyed that the 5th/6th bedding situation is a couch or blow up queen bed but I found that just fine as my daughter and myelf had no problem sleeping on the blow up bed- its a nice quality one. Might be a good idea to swap out one couch in the living room for a hide a bed/queen then to just do away with the blow up bed but not necessary. Great location! Gorgeous place! Owners are easy to communicate with! Super Clean! Felt Super Safe! Parking Provided! Super detailed information booklet owners have made! Can't wait to stay here again!
