Mid Mari è una vacanza da non perdere. Questa struttura dispone di un accogliente 22 unità e si trova a solo 1/2 un isolato a piedi a est della bellissima spiaggia di Pompano e un blocco di mezzo a ovest a piedi alla Intracoastal Pompano Beach.
Le nostre unità sono molto affascinanti. Abbiamo 2 proprietà in questi edifici. Mid Mari è una proprietà di tre edifici.
Sono molto puliti e puliti e sono non fumatori. C'è una veranda dove è permesso fumare. Sono 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno e sono al secondo piano di un edificio a due piani che si affaccia sulla piscina riscaldata degli edifici.
Questa piacevole vacanza ha pavimenti piastrellati ovunque e un ampio soggiorno dove un divano si apre su un letto matrimoniale. Ha molte sistemazioni tra cui un cassettone, un ventilatore a soffitto e un 26 "TV a schermo piatto. Questi televisori offrono 150 canali di Direct TV.
La rilassante camera da letto principale include un letto king size, un ventilatore a soffitto, cassettiere, un'altra TV a schermo piatto da 21 ", oltre a una cabina armadio.
La camera da letto principale e il soggiorno hanno entrambi un pensile A / C, oltre a un bagno full-size che ha una vasca / doccia.

Back for another year

I have been renting a condo in this complex every December for over a decade. I always enjoy my stay and Frank is an attentive host. The condo has everything you can think of for a great beachside vacation. I intend to rent again next year.

Back for another year

I have rented a condo from Frank almost every December since 2012 and have met others who are repeat guests. The units have everything you could think of to have an enjoyable stay. The other guests I have met there are all really friendly people from all over the world and the location in Pompano Beach is perfect. There is no doubt in my mind I will rent again next year.

I've been traveling to South Florida every December for over a decade and try to stay at Mid Mari whenever I can. The units have everything you could possible need and are located close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I'm sure I'll be returning next year.

Very reasonable and adequate condo

Frank is a great host. Everything went very well during our stay there! We wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if we need lodging again in that area. It was quiet and felt very safe, and people were friendly.

Had another great stay at Frank’s unit at Mid Mari, Frank has added 2 new flat screen TV’s a nice addition, He also made himself available throughout our stay, although there was nothing needed he has all the bases covered! Enjoyed out stay, but was disappointed was the condition of the unit.

The property was nice, however the unit we stayed in needs to be spruced up and updated some. We made good friends there, and upon viewing other property there, there is no comparison. The plastic on the mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced with a cloth cover . The bath mat was extremely old and very dirty. The kitchen sharp knives were old and many were broken. We, however did enjoy our stay. I will say that the cleaning lady did do a very good job. In all we liked the place, the location, and the many friendly nice people that we met.

The location of the property is very convenient, everything was as described, the financial transaction and the property key transfer was very smooth. Frank, the owner, made sure everything was addressed, answered all the questions, and went an extra mile in accommodating our family. It was a perfect vacation as a result.

Great stay!

We stayed at Frank's condo with my wife and 2-year-old daughter for about a month. It was perfect for us all. Frank has a lot of staff for children and even gave us a high chair for the whole period of stay. Overall, he was very polite and super helpful during our stay. Location of the condo is perfect, it's just about 3 min. from the ocean on foot. There are lots of restaurants and a big city mall just on the US-1, it takes about 4 min to get there by car or a very pleasant 20 min walk in the evening. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay! I highly recommend this place.

Best vacation rental!

This was the second time we rented an apartment by Frank at Mid Mari. All you need is in the apartment and if something were missing, just contact Frank. The entire property is very well cared for. Lovely pool and 3 gasol grills to use freely. We will definitely rent the Mid Mari apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good accommodation with top service during their stay in Pompano Beach.

Location and inside was great. The apartment had everything we needed and wanted. Frank was great!

The outside wasn’t as impressive as the surrounding properties but it was fine, clean and safe. Quite affordable by comparison so I thought it was absolutely worth it. The inside was all remodeled and in good condition so it worked out great!

The location was perfect. The kitchen was very small and some items were in very poor condition (frying pans, pots & pans, microwave). No hand towels, face cloths, dish towels available. Had to buy. We did not invite any friends over because furniture in living room was also in poor condition. Needs some updates to meet our standards.

We had a great stay at Mid Mari, for the money, it is a good value. The property is no frills but very comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure everything needed from beach chairs, towels and umbrella to pool toys, everything from a corkscrew to beverage glasses suitable for whatever your drinking amongst other necessities. We were disappointed the a/c wasn't centralized but that certainly didn't ruin the trip. Bring quarters as the laundry room is a pay per use. The beach is very close, easy walk. On a negative note, the ocean water north and south of the location is clear and pretty but in this area it's more brown/green but the beach is nice.
