Adorerai questo posto! Semplicemente non c'è niente di meglio di questo! Incredibili viste sull'oceano e passi per la spiaggia..
Bella 1 camera da letto, 1 condominio bagno completo direttamente sulla famosa passerella sulla spiaggia di Hollywood in un edificio più piccolo, elegante ed esclusivo.
C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, (anche un divano letto queen size nel soggiorno e due letti pieghevoli: due letti singoli e uno piccolo).
Il parcheggio assegnato è incluso: UN SOLO posto di parcheggio: un'auto berlina o una piccola auto non dispiace abbastanza spazio per un camion grande. Un parcheggio per gli ospiti aggiuntivo lo troverai a un isolato dall'edificio - Parcheggio in città - ti fanno pagare una tassa.
Una splendida piscina all'aperto si affaccia sull'oceano. 2 ° piano.
L'appartamento si trova al 6 ° piano. Non adatto a persone con disabilità fisiche o che non possono salire le scale. C'è un ascensore ma in caso di uragani o qualsiasi problema con l'ascensore dovrai prendere le scale.

Beautiful location and property, even nicer in person. Parking was a bit of a hassle naturally because it’s right on the beach, so it was understandable. Luckily, the owner was very communicative and helpful throughout the parking process and the process all around. Highly recommend this property, it is well maintained and the pool was amazing! Thank you Lourdes :)

Hollywood Beach

Best area we have ever stayed in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. Walking distance to anything beach. Free music, good food, and,not over crowded beach.

Location location location !

Great condo with perfect location to all restaurants and music on the broadwalk !!!We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony! The pool was great for our 2 year old granddaughter! Lourdes met us at our arrival and also when we left!! Condo itself is a bit older but everything was functional. A/C worked great!! I would go back there in a heartbeat!!

Nice place - great location

Condo is in a great building.. The unit was smaller than I expected and the living space was crowded with furniture. It could have been a bit cleaner - especially the floors. Lourdes was easy to work with.

Perfect view and excellent location

Great location and perfect access to the boardwalk and plenty of activities and restaurants steps away on the beach.Very accommodating for all our needs.We truly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.Parking situation was a little confusing but all worked out with communication from host who was amazing! Will definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was great, place was perfect. Within walking distance for everything you need. Incredible view each morning while having coffee. Couldn't be conveniently closer to the beach. Love!!! Plan to return

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at La Playa. The unit was nothing fancy but clean. It was all about the location for us. Beach close and all kinds of activity and places to eat on the broadwalk and very safe!

Caution to renters - hopefully my non-refund is used for cleanup

After good online communication with the host prior to booking, we decided to book the unit. Upon arrival, the process of entry and parking was confusing. The host was advised that we would be arriving late.. We only stayed 12 hours at the unit… The floors were filthy (I couldn’t walk around in bare feet because of the dirt debris & grime on the floors, there was a lack of washcloths, long hair hanging from the faucet, and the toilet seat was broken and not attached fully on one side. I began communication with the host, who seemed to be argumentative, in the morning to advise of the issues and she wanted to be reactive to an already negative situation instead of making sure the unit was in prime condition upon our late evening arrival. caution, caution, caution, if you don’t care about cleanliness and honesty, then it’s OK to book with this host… If you are honest, clean, and have integrity… Do not book with this host because she will advise VRBO that you are dishonest about the conditions of her unit.

Always a great time and best views

Great time, great views and a great space. Perfectly located I’ve stayed here many time and feel safe and it’s location is on point. Being in the beach is great. The elevator was being serviced the day we left which we had to climb the stairs but it’s in the description and out of the control of the property owner. I’ll be back again soon!! Really love coming to La playa!!

Beautiful Views -Not my first Time

I love this property! It’s my 3rd time staying and I love the views, location, cleanliness and has everything I needed. It’s safe and a quiet location but very close to all the action, most importantly directly in front of ocean/Beach!

If you only care about the view this rental is a 10. If you are an experienced vacationer who is going to get your oceanfront view where ever you rent and also expect excellent interior of your rental you will be disappointed. Calling this condo beautiful and upscale is just not true.

This condo was awesome!

If you are looking for a really nice place, that is right on the ocean, look no further! You have a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs that you can sit out and enjoy morning coffee, or listen to those ocean breezes. You can also watch the people walking down the broadwalk. There are so many shops and restaurants on the broadwalk, that you don't even need to drive anywhere. There is everything you need in the condo. A fully stocked kitchen with plates, glasses and bakeware. A bedroom with a comfy bed, a bathroom with a really roomy shower. Two couches in the living room! You can eat dinner at the dining room table and look out on the ocean, as you do. The host was amazing in getting back to answer any questions you may have. It was also quiet, no noise from neighbors, just the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. When I visit Hollywood Beach, this is the place I want to come back to.

Amazing Location

Amazing location and overall great accommodations. Very spacious and everything we needed for a wonderful beach stay! Can’t beat Hollywood Beach!!!! We did have an issue on our last day with the air conditioner but the technician was fixing it at our departure!
