Summary:
We bought this house 6 years ago because the location is very convenient. It is close to the main access roads such as I95, I595, and US1. Very close to the airport, cruise port, train, and bus terminal.
Close to the beach (7 minutes by car), all major supermarkets within a 3-mile radius. Close to the new Dania Pointe shopping center. Close to shops of all kinds, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The Space:
We have remodeled the house in a minimalist and updated concept.
And every time we leave the city we want it to be a space that other people can enjoy.
With all the comforts, we offer a room with 1 bathroom. Dining room and kitchen in an open and integrated environment.
A patio with lots of plants and a swimming pool to enjoy at any time of the day.
It has a barbecue so you can enjoy a good lunch or dinner outdoors.

Our property has an efficiency attached to it. The efficiency has its own private entrance and has no access to the pool or any shared space,

Guest Access:
The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which only 1 bedroom and a bathroom will be available. The rest of the areas, such as the living-dining room, the kitchen, the laundry area, and the patio are accessible.

In front of Dania Pointe crossing Stirling Rd you will find the Oakwood Plaza and stores like: BJS, Big Lots, Burlington, Old Navy, Marshalls, Ross, Home Depot and much more.

Just few minutes away is the Dania Beach’s Pier. There is a seafood restaurant over the Pier.
TRI-RAIL AND TRAIN STATIONS
On Griffin Rd, west bound and just passing underneath the I-95 Highway to the left there is a Train station.
