Heart of Miami but family friendly

Very good sister Hyde, NOT ocean side, just across the street from the beach. Clean, spacious, great management company. Prompt instructions, great communication, caring landlord. Highly recommend

Best location

The property is one of the best locations as beach is literally across the street. The amenities on property were also outstanding with a great fitness center, and 2 beautiful pools. The owner was in contact to make sure everything was going well. Would 100% rent the property again. The only negative was one of the elevators was down and being on the 36th floor it took a while to go up and down.

Girls trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was close to numerous restaurants and across the street from the beach. The pictures portrayed the condo very well in person. Very luxurious feel. The host was very helpful. I was new to using vrbo and they answered all my questions. Made sure to check in as well in case we needed anything. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The property was just as listed. Two bedroom kitchen living room, beautiful view of the beach. The beach is not right off the building but is close just right across the street. The building personnel are really nice and helpful. Overall had a good time with my family.

Nice luxury apartment

I was very impressed with this rental! It has a a good layout and plenty of room. The balcony is big and looks right out to the ocean. Everything was clean and went smooth the entire stay

Wonderful condo, great view

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hyde Beach House. The unit was clean. The only negative point are the elevators (especially when 1 of them is out of order). Most of the time, especially during the week, it was fine. The unit owner, including those I was in communication with (Rose and Santiago) were helpful. I look forward to coming back here!

Perfect Getaway

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my quick 4 day getaway. The unit was clean, beautiful, and well-equipped. It had all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony was great and I loved waking up to watch the sunrise each morning. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The building has 43 floors and even with that, we had no issues with the elevators. The rental company was always quick to respond and provided more than enough info to make your stay amazing. Would love to return again soon!

Nice Location / Experience

Great location and the property is well maintained. The in / out process was not bad with the elevators & valet if you give yourself time. The management company was very responsive & helpful although there was a slight hiccup with our booked dates (owner's plans changed). I would stay again.

Hyde beach 2-bedroom condo on 41st floor

Pros: (1) Property and unit were clean. Great open concept, modern kitchen/dining room with fantastic ocean views. (2) Large, wrap-around balcony was breathtaking. (2) It had most kitchen accessories so we were able to prepare family meals. Cons: (1) Very limited bathroom and kitchen supplies such as liquid dish soap and bathroom shampoo/body wash or toilet paper. Since we rented privately (not directly with the property), the property did not want to give us any. We had to go to Walmart to purchase enough for our week stay. (2) I booked a 2-bedroom condo on the 36th floor with 2 double beds in one room and king in other room. Then before I got to the property, I received an email advising me that my room was changed to a 2-bedroom on the 41st floor with 1 double bed + a pull-out bed in one room and a king in the other room. I did not appreciate the change without having the option to accept it. One of my boys was forced to sleep in the pull-out. One nice surprise was that the 41st floor has high ceilings which the 36th floor does not. Overall, this was a great Zen property and I would rent a property from them again.

Beautiful resort condo

The resort and unit are much nicer then pictures show. The unit is very high end with top of the line everything including sub zero appliances and 5 star furnishings (except toaster). Views are to die for from huge balcony. The amenities are perfect - 6th floor racquetball, tennis, pools and high end fitness center over looking ocean and intercostal as well as great service from employees. Lori is a pleasure to deal with and took care of everything for us even the few hiccups during the busiest week of year. Thanks Lori!! Elevators. - so they could use a couple more elevators to take care of crowds during surges of people at peak times when everyone has to use at once like during a rain storm at pool but our average time was five minutes to 36th floor. We had a couple 10-13 min wait/rides over 8 days but other reviewers are exaggerating or just seems longer than it actually is. Would never stay anywhere else in the area nicer then four seasons or ritz.

Very Beautiful condo and stay

The condo in the Hyde was very beautiful and nice with lots of light and beautiful beach view. It was a little frustrating that the pictures of the listing on vrbo did not match the apartment. The pictures showed a spacious kitchen with a window facing the city view and the apartment was totally different with no window in the kitchen and looked smaller. Other than that it was pretty good. The parking was very expensive for basic guest parking.
