“This place was well beyond our expectations. Beautiful Condo with City and sunset view. The tiki bar on site has great food and drinks and pool side service. The pool area could have been a little cleaner, but the view was spectacular. There is a small partial view of the ocean, but its not considered "ocean view." We loved it so much here as a family with younger children, that we booked it again for next year. ”

“Great location and water taxi stop 8 is right by the property. Rick is very easy to deal with and we will consider using him for another cruise. We stayed two nights. Publix is a couple of blocks and an easy walk for items. The unit is right by the bridge but on the waterway. So it can be loud at certain times of the day but at night in the bedroom it sounds more like ocean waves so didn't bother us. A nice stay. If you've never tried the water taxi, do it for a day. It's fun.”

“This unit faces the hotel entrance and is very noisy! Thus no view... The furnishings are very old and worn out. The couch cushions are very thin and uncomfortable. The pans in the kitchen have the teflon flaking off...very unhealthy! This rental needs to be upgraded.”
