Questo recentemente aggiornato 1 camera da letto 1 bagno condominio (4 posti letto) al secondo piano si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Il condominio è una parte di una proprietà ben tenuta di fronte all'oceano e al North Ocean Beach Park. Goditi l'oceano e le albe mozzafiato sulla spiaggia! Cammina fino alla famosa insenatura e faro di Hillsboro e divertiti a guardare la sfilata dei pescherecci! Fai un giro in bicicletta o sali sul Water Taxi presso l'Inlet per esplorare l'Intercostal e il Ft. Lauderdale / Miami area. Non è necessario guidare o parcheggiare!

Goditi il caffè del mattino crogiolandosi al sole nel patio circondato da palme e fiori tropicali! Fate una nuotata nella grande piscina riscaldata o rilassatevi sul patio o sulla terrazza solarium. Attraversa la strada fino al famoso Seaside Grill e Tiki Bar per gustare pesce fresco per un pranzo o una cena in riva al mare. Il Floranada offre anche 2 griglie grandi dove è possibile preparare un pasto gustoso. Nelle vicinanze Publix e Whole Foods si trovano a 5 minuti di distanza. 1. e offri tutto il necessario per goderti una vacanza rilassante. Bella zona tranquilla vicino al famoso Hillsboro Mile e Deerfield Beach, dove si può passeggiare sul lungomare, cenare in riva al mare e fare shopping. Se stai cercando un divertimento notturno, Ft. Lauderdale e Miami Beach sono a soli 25-30 minuti in auto.

Questo condominio offre una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare una gustosa colazione o un pasto. Goditi i pasti al tavolo con 4 posti a sedere. La camera da letto è dotata di un comodo letto king size dove è possibile rilassarsi dopo una giornata al sole. I just loved how close the property was to the beach and not far from a bus stop as i travelled from Jamaica I was able to move around easily my 7 year old loved the property and the pool

The beach is literally down the street. When you check in they give you a lot of information that is really helpful if you don’t have a game plan or didn’t drive. Would stay again

Very clean, great location!

We stayed for 10 days. The unit was very well laid out and very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and there are a couple restaurants right there. We did rent a car to make grocery runs, etc. There are no convenience stores nearby. There are Ubers and the Ride Circuit seems like a convenient way to get around if you do not have a vehicle.

Cold pool and thin walls

The pool was ice cold for my 7 straight days and the unit was acceptable except the walls are so thin you can hear every conversation of your neighbors and more.

This was my first time staying at this property. I come to the Fort Lauderdale are several times a year and have stayed at many different properties. This is definitely one of my favorites! The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a 3 minute walk to either the beach or the Intercoastal…..the interior is spotlessly clean and well decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay!! The bed is super comfy as is the pull out couch in the living room! I really loved staying at this place and cannot wait to return! Thanks!!

Relaxing property

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was clean, well equipped, 5 min walk to the beach & in a quiet neighbourhood. This complex is in a very quiet area of Pompano Beach. Our condo owner was very efficient at getting back to us either by phone or email when we had questions. She resolved any issue very very rapidly. (We only had 1 minor issue with a beach umbrella) The condo complex was well maintained...lots of palm trees & flowers. (Lots of wildlife with lizards of all colors and sizes) Although the pool water was clear & clean with enough clorine, the pool area maintenance could be upgraded as we found on a couple of occasions lizard droppings around the pool. Other than that, great place to stay, relax and vacation!

Great lil place!! Close to beach, quiet neighborhood. Served all the needs! Some really good restaurants with in walking range. Shower has good pressure and bed and pillows were so comfy!! Will book again!!

Very comfortable.

It was well kept and updated. The pool area was so nice with lots of chairs. We hit rainy weather, but there was a covered area out of the rain where we could sit and play cards. I would stay here again.

The property was very clean and had everything thing we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach. The property manager/ owner was very prompt in answering questions. Pompano has lots of great restaurants and fun activities. We’d go back to this property in a heartbeat!

Great location

My cousin and I wanted a few days on the beach without breaking the bank. This was a great solution. The complex was a little loud at times in the evening and it was a no frills stay, but just across from the water and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Owner was very helpful, quick to communicate.

Hidden gem

Hurrican Ian hit the day of our check in. Flight was canceled. We came 3 days later and Neda refunded the 3 days we missed without hesitation. The pictures are quite accurate. The community pool is a nice size. However not as large as it looks in the pics. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room seating. Neda was very responsive to any needs. What a great host! The only negative is the walls are very thin. You can hear everything people talking etc.. The location is really good. There is an on demand taxi service no charge! Great restaurants. Great beach just down the street. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place to rest

Nice place to rest. No commercial area, but if you don't have a car, there are steel options such as a public bus, Huber, or Circuit free electric car. The condo is well maintained. I would choose it again for a vacation.

Great stay for two people

Neda was a great host and very easy to connect with with any issues we had. The condo had everything the two of us needed for a week including towels, chairs, cooler, and beach umbrellas. It is about a three minute walk from the beach and is very convenient. We only had two issues while staying… one is that the walls are very thin so you can hear other people staying in the condo (but wasn’t an issue at night). Second we went during a very rainy time and there was a lot of issues with flooding on the street and parking lot making it unable to park most of the time. But this is something that is unable to be avoided and the issue was being worked on as we were leaving. Overall a great place to stay for two people and very quite relaxing condo. Neda is a great host and very helpful.

Perfect for Two

Absolutely loved everything . Great little condo for the two of us to relax and get away. Condo had everything you need and having beach chairs, towels and cooler was a bonus. The property is well maintained - pool was lovely and all the others visitors/ residents were very friendly. Close to everything but definitely recommend a car. Last but not least Neda was a great and responsive host. Will definitely book again. Thanks!

Property is just as described. Quiet location and short walk to the beach. Neda was always prompt to reply and when the air conditioning stopped working it was fixed in 2 hours.
