OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Jacuzzi for 8
- Large, private outdoor patio with loungers, table and chairs for 8.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

LIVING AREA:
- Formal dining room seats up to 8
- Oversized couch with a large TV.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef’s kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (4)
Beach House sleeps 8 guests in comfortable beds. The 4, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and High chair on site
- Additional Premium air mattress on request.

BATHROOMS: (5)
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toilet paper and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout, great for Zoom calls. Each bedroom has a desk and chair for any privacy needed.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is all yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins in front of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. If you are having purchases delivered, please use the office address at Valgal 66 N. Federal Hwy. Dania Beach FL 33004, in the event they arrive before or after your visit.

Location can’t be beat, steps from the beach. The street was closed during our stay for construction, but it wasn’t too disruptive and we were able to use the beach parking nearby. The house matched the photos, but is slightly more worn than expected (small tears in couch pillows, cracks in the floor, squeaky beds) - overall these were minor and didn’t detract from the stay. For amenities, there were plenty of towels but there was nothing for shower supplies (soap, shampoo) or kitchen spices (salt, pepper, etc), which was also minor but important to know for packing. The host was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and in general we had a great stay and would come back!

Great location. House was getting older and not very clean. Parking situation with the municipality doing road construction became our problem: notification of it only a week before rental. House has several unaddressed maintenance issues. Flooring is falling apart and tripping hazard, blinds for bathroom were left in closet, door jamb to only downstairs bedroom was rusted out.

Location is a 10 out of 10.However, the day prior to arrival, the owner alerted us that street in front of the house was under construction and there would be no parking for us. This required us to haul all of our items for a 5 night stay from down the street, and to park a street over. While the construction is not the fault of the owner, not telling us until the day before arrival, without any reduction in cost is! The construction noise started at 7am so no sleeping in and the patio area that should be relaxing was filled with noise, and again not even a small discount offered. The House needs maintenance. To name a few issues: 1) the door to one bedroom that goes to the outside had framing that had rotted, the framing fell off and there was nothing for the door to lock to as it was all rotten inside (this was not a matter of the owner not being aware). 2) Garbage disposal was not working. 3) When it rained, the floor in kitchen became wet, either from a leak in ceiling (there’s a spot with clear damage) or from under the poorly laid vinyl floor. 4) The hot tub was not working upon arrival (this was fixed the same day). 5) The sheets in master upon arrival had blood or blood stains, purposely put toward the end of the bed (instead of putting new sheets on). 6) The window in the bathroom didn’t have and blinds, and the adjacent building had windows directly across from this window!
