Lovely Beachfront Condominium overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is a perfect home away from home. 9th Floor Oceanfront 2 bedroom, with enclosed balcony. Kitchen w/full side refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, open living room, and dining room. Master bedroom, king size, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi, with w/beautiful oceanfront view. Second bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a bathroom featuring a shower. The TVs are in the bedrooms and the living room, with cable and high-speed wireless Internet. The property features an ocean and beachfront balcony, an outdoor table, four chairs, and beach towels. The Beach Front Condominium offers an oceanfront heated swimming pool, a tiki bar, a restaurant, a salon and spa, a real estate office, a lounge, a coffee shop, and valet parking.
Walking distance to the Galt Ocean Mile entertainment area and grocery shop.

We chose this hotel expecting a small, modernized resort for our annual girls trip, but it fell short. The rooms felt dated and weren’t comfortable or functional for getting ready as a group. The pool area needs a facelift, and details like crooked potted plants, leftover trash, and the absence of a pool server took away from the experience—especially when we were ready to spend and enjoy ourselves.The hallways and carpets need updating, and our balcony had visible wear, including holes and old furniture, making it uninviting. Our view overlooked maintenance clutter, mismatch balconies which didn’t match a relaxing resort atmosphere - more like flea market vibes. The shower also never got hot, likely due to its open design.Overall, the property needs significant updates from the lobby to the rooms.That said, the manager Raphael was amazing, valet staff were great, the pool/tiki security guy was fun and helpful, and the location is a major plus.

We stayed here for a week and had a mixed experience. About a week before arrival, we were told the second shower had very low water pressure, making it essentially unusable, and the oven also did not work during our stay. Since this was advertised as a 2 bed / 2 bath unit, this was disappointing and inconvenient. I requested a partial refund and am getting the run around on that.When we reached out to the host with issues, we were given advice on what to do rather than having the problems handled, which would have been appreciated. The unit also felt quite outdated.There are positives: the view is beautiful, the space is large, and beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella were provided. The location is convenient—close to a grocery store and to Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The air conditioning worked very well and helped drown out noise.This property has a tiki bar and a party atmosphere. It was spring break week, so we expected it to be busier, but it was still quite loud at times with college-aged guests. There is also construction on both sides of the hotel, which created significant noise when trying to relax on the beach.Valet parking is mandatory at 18 per day, and tipping each time you retrieve your car adds to the cost.Overall, the view and size of the unit were nice, but the maintenance issues, added costs, outdated condition, and noise level made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Great condo. Just as described all around. Fabulous view and cannot beat the tiki bar on property. Only complaint, and out of your control, but never stayed at a beach property where you cannot take a cooler to the beach due to beach bar service. Ezcellent place overall though.

The unit itself was great except the shower in the second bathroom. It was a fancy jetted shower and we couldn’t figure out how to get much water out of the shower head. The building was under a lot of construction and our hallway was littered with workers and tools all week. Sometimes making it difficult to get to our condo. The property reeked of marajuana everywhere. The pool was filthy and never cleaned in the five days we were there.

Nice clean apartment however there was no patio outside smelled a bit like old apartment and had ac condensation problems also 18 dollars a day for valet only way to park not advertised until after booking. Other than that it was a good stay but they are gutting the apartment next door including weekends. One more thing only place to eat was a close McDonalds and somewhat expensive restaurant downstairs

Excelente departamento. Una vista increíble . Amplio. Las camas cómodas y muy completa la cocina. Había juegos de playa para los niños , 2 sombrillas , 4 sillas de playa y 3 tablas con para barrenar en el mar. Lo recomiendo pleno. Sabrina muy atenta . Cualquier inquietud la respondía y la solucionaba al instante.

Nice beachfront getaway

The condo is spacious and comfortable. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. It is well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. We were pleased to have access to beach chairs that saved us a bunch of money from having to rent them. The beach was clean and well maintained. Our one complaint is about the resort itself. The chair rental guy was less than friendly about where we were sitting with our chairs. He insisted we move to the side of the resort. Overall, great experience. Fun Tiki bar and good atmosphere.

The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, the condo was clean and very well stocked, we had a great ocean view and communication with Sabrina was timely and easy. I highly recommend this condo for a relaxing beach vacation!

Little get away

A little out dated but awesome view. They had chairs and umbrella so we didn’t have to rent them. Tiki bar had good drinks and food. Italian restaurant on sight, was amazing. Nice little coffee shop downstairs. Walking distance to grocery and other restaurants. We would stay here again.

Wonderful

The stay here was by far our favorite!! This is an absolutely beautiful place with the best view. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There are restaurants right in the building. If you want to go to the beach it is right outside the building which makes it convenient and there are chairs, umbrellas and towels provided for the beach in your room.The air-conditioning in the room is fantastic. The host is amazing and very accommodating to any of our needs as well as available if needed at any time. I will definitely come back here again!
