Situato nell'ambita zona conosciuta come Lauderdale Beach, questa casa è letteralmente a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Goditi passeggiate appartate al mattino presto e a tarda notte sulla sabbia o attraverso il quartiere, lunghe ore di sole o spruzzi nel surf o nella piscina privata riscaldata. Situato in posizione centrale e vicino a tutti i migliori negozi, ristoranti e luoghi di festa. The house was in great condition and perfect for 2 couples. Curtis and Kathy as host and manager were very welcoming. The location was also fantastic as it is truly steps away from the beach. Considering we were in town for Thanksgiving, the house was well equipped to handle making that level of dinner. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time during our stay. Everything was set up perfectly. Kathy was just a text away if we needed anything. The walk to the beach each morning to watch the sunrise was amazing. The pool was refreshing and had the perfect amounts of sun and shade throughout the day.

Great place close to the beach

House has great furniture, kitchen, towels, sheets. Pool and backyard are wonderful for late afternoon swim and relaxing. Beach is literally around corner in a quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Stay in Ft. Lauderdale!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful home in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail throughout the property. The house was spacious, well decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape during the warm afternoons.Kathy was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Fabulous Fort Lauderdale stay!

The property was wonderful! Great location, pool, kitchen, beds, etc. The property also worked well and was comfortable for my friend who unfortunately broke her foot Day 1! Would definitely stay again and recommend! Kathy was great to work with as well!

Beautiful, fully-equipped home in ideal beach location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lauderdale Beach. The house is perfect. The beds are comfortable, beach & bath towels plentiful, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We walked easily to the beach, many nearby eateries, and Walgreens. An amazing bakery, terrific Detroit-style pizza place, excellent Greek restaurant were highlights. We enjoyed being close to both Ft Lauderdale, and charming Lauderdale by the Sea.

Perfect Retreat

The home is perfect for 4 adults. It’s updated, and close to a wide variety of activities. The property manager and owner are very engaged and hospitable, and take care to make sure the visit meets expectations. Highly recommend!

Gurly's favorite get away!

Best experience ever!! Curtis and Kathy were so kind and the house was everything I wish I could live in forever!! Curtis and Kathy had a dog bed and dog bowl ready for my little cockapoo, Gurly, when we arrived. The house had everything you would need for the beach, the pool was kept at a perfect temp. the grill was cleaned and ready to go! The kitchen is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are perfect, the entire house is a dream! The neighbors were so kind and we 1000% lived our best life pretending to be a local walking down to the beach chairs (right of house @ the park) watching the sunrise and sunset. Kathy and Curtis both stayed in contact making sure I had settled in and had everything I needed. As a female who has never rented a house alone, I was a bit worried not knowing my surroundings etc. but the street and house felt very safe and with Kathy down the road I felt even more safe! I will definitely be back!!
