The house is exclusively yours, without unnecessary interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed. There are decibel monitoring devices as per mandatory regulations from Broward county.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card. Please reach out if you have further questions

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a $750 fee for smoking inside the house, plus any costs for damaged furniture. Should the next reservation be cancelled due to the smell of smoke, you will be responsible for the cost of that stay
A standard security deposit of $1500 will be required before your arrival.
Please note that failure to comply with any of house rules could lead to the loss of your security deposit.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required.
