You'll be in the only beachfront residential community in Fort Lauderdale. Only steps to the beach, Fort Lauderdale strip, convention center, shops, and more! Our home is spacious with top-of-the-line finishes and custom artwork in each room. The yard is complete with palm trees, a fence for privacy, a heated saltwater pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, dining and bar tables, a hammock, and gated parking. It's a great place for everyone from films to family- feel free to inquire with any questions! :)

This place is a vibe

I rented this property for my birthday celebration and it exceeded all expectations! The house is absolutely stunning with an amazing yard that’s perfect for relaxing and entertaining.The location is ideal - you’re close to the beach which made it so convenient, and while the property is near the main road, the house is well-insulated so you can’t hear any traffic noise inside.The whole property has a beautiful, well-maintained appearance that made our celebration feel extra special. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation rental experience!

Last Minute Pivot for Spring Break 2025

Overall, a beautiful home, but there are a couple of things that I would like to mention that might be helpful for future renters:The natural light was gorgeous during the day, but the living room area facing the front needs blinds or curtains. It has a "fishbowl" feel to it and it was easy to look right into the house from outdoors. We didn't end up using the living room fold out bed due to the lack of privacy, which meant that we had less bedroom areas than anticipated.The approximate location of the home given on the pictures is not very accurate. It shows the location as being in the middle of a canal, which would make one think that the house was directly on one side or the other of the canal. It's actually much further away from the canal than anticipated and right at the corner of a busy intersection. The private beach that is shown on the picture is not currently accessible due to a road being out. The bridge going across the canal to the private beach is locked and not accessible to this home's renters. The only beach we had access to was the public beach which was much more crowded. It also costs 4 per hour to park and was not really in suitable walking distance for a family of 6 to access with all of the beach gear needed for a day at the beach. Parking was also limited as they were preparing for the Tortuga festival.There is not a hot tub as listed. There is also not a hammock; just the stand. We did enjoy this house, though!

Great location

Overall the house and location are excellent. The pool was warm and clean. A few more simple amenities would have been nice, like paper towels and soap but not a big deal. Would rent again.

Excellent property!!

Everything was spot on! A smaller property, but lovely inside with great amenities. Pool was very nice as salt water. Property manager and owner very attentive to any issues however small. In an ideal location for all the main places of Fort Lauderdale, including yachts, beaches and restaurants. Recommend this property for sure!!

Wonderful place!

We picked this spot because it promised to be warm with a lovely pool and close proximity to the beach, dining and conveniences — and it was perfect! Loved this house so much, room for all six of us, plus a great kitchen, living space and that pool! Michael was prompt responding to any questions we had, great host. Hope to be back soon!
