NUOVO! Baby Friendly FLL Villa w 4min dalla spiaggia!

Le Twin Villas del Coral Ridge County Club hanno appena completato un'importante ristrutturazione con tutti i nuovi esterni, cortile privato, spazi esterni all'aperto, nuova piscina condivisa, paesaggio, illuminazione esterna, nuove finestre e porte PGT, nuova cucina e arredi. Saresti in affitto UNA delle 2 ville che condivide una piscina.

Le ville (l'identico layout Villas Islamorada e Key Largo come vengono chiamate) si trovano nello splendido e tranquillo Coral Ridge Country Club, un quartiere residenziale di lusso a est di US1 e si trova a pochi passi da negozi, cinema, ristoranti e alimentari I negozi.

Villa è solo 1/2 miglio dal canale navigabile intercoastal e 1 miglio dalla famosa spiaggia di Fort Lauderdale.

I bagni padronali e per gli ospiti sono stati rinnovati con nuove docce in travertino con porte in vetro e nuovi lavabi in granito. La cucina è stata anche aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, controsoffitti in quarzo, armadi e alzatina backsplash e controsoffitto. L'arredamento è il top della gamma e include tutta la nuova elettronica.

Il patio esterno comprende paesaggi tropicali e illuminazione notturna d'accento per intrattenimenti serali. Le Twin Villas (Islamorada e Key Largo) condividono una splendida piscina riscaldata.

Un sacco di attività all'aperto si trovano nelle vicinanze: snorkeling giornaliero e immersioni subacquee, barche da pesca charter, barche da pesca da party, molo da pesca pubblico, moto d'acqua e noleggio barche, crociere di gioco o guidare a Everglades per air-boat e buggy cavalcate, prenotazioni indiane, fattorie di alligatori, percorsi naturalistici, kayak, pesca, birdwatching.

Great Location

It was short walk to Target. Short bike ride to the beach. The house was great! Clean, had everything in there we needed. The pool was very nice and relaxing. The area was a nice and quite. I would definitely come back.

Fort Lauderdale, where's the sun?

Just about everyone on the flight back to Michigan shared the same agonizing story. Where was the sun and warmth?Anyway, this property is exceptional. The neighborhood is a hidden gem with restaurants and stores just blocks away and with easy access to the entire Lauderdale area. The covered patio is a great place to chill (freeze?). Glad the pool was heated. The house was very comfortable. Asta was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for me and the kids. Bigger than i thought it would be. We were central location to lots of my friends, i lived in fl for 20 years. We made great use of the pool and close to the beach!! The water heater did click off but the owner had already mentioned in the note how to fix it if it happens. Super easy to do. Ps don’t run both showers at the same time. Great experience, would love to come again.

Will definitely stay again!

This property was wonderful! My wife and I stayed here with my 19 year old daughter and her friend while we were visiting my other daughter who lives there. Everything was just as advertised and Asta, the owner, was great in communicating when we had any questions. The onsite pool, though shared with the adjoining place, was perfect after a day at the beach! The grill was an added perk for those who like to grill like I do. We will definitely be back!

Great location and beautiful house.

This is the second time I’ve rented this house. It has nice size rooms and a large kitchen. The front room has two comfortable leather couches and chairs. Very tastefully decorated. Landscaping is beautiful and the pool is really nice. I hope to be back there this coming year.

Just Wonderful!

The house is just wonderful with a great pool. The beds are very comfortable and good flow in the showers. We especially loved all the different outside seating areas with great landscape lighting at night. Very close to the beach, mall, and lots of restaurants. Asta was very good to communicate with, but there were no problems at all! We highly recommend booking this VRBO!

Lovely Home In Convenient Location; Excellent Host!

Great place!

This was a great place for our family of four!! Super cute and stocked with everything you might need including beach chairs, umbrella, washer & dryer. The house is in an excellent neighborhood. Very close to beach, restaurants and the Coral Ridge Mall (Publix, Target, TJMaxx). The pool was awesome - we all enjoyed it! The outdoor space is very relaxing with several places to hide in the shade too. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!!

The house was very nice and was what the picture and description showed.

The house was great for our dog golden doodle because there were gates and fenced in yards. The pool was very nice and spent quite a bit of time there. The neighborhood was great as we got to know it pretty well walking the dog. I would come back again.

Great stay with friends!

Great communication with the owner and she provided us with nice restaurant suggestions etc..Space was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was lovely and nice for relaxing by the pool. Area was safe for walking with a mall next door. The only comment I wld make is that the small beds need new mattresses for long term stays as they were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise all positive. Thank you!
