Nestled in the peaceful North Hollywood/Liberia area, this fully renovated 4-bed, 3-bath home sits on a quiet street with sidewalks and streetlights . That means a safe, walkable neighborhood ideal for families and groups.

Midway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Hollywood offers a relaxed yet vibrant lifestyle—think tree-lined residential roads, friendly neighbors, and easy access to both city comforts and beachside relaxation.



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! This house accommodates up to eight guests. When you enter the foyer the studio suite is to the right with queen size bed and bathroom. The master suite boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. There are two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. The kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless steel appliances and an island, making it ideal for cooking and entertaining. The living and dining areas are seamlessly connected, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy entertainment with a smart TV and stay connected with Wi-Fi. The house also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a private studio with its own access. The outdoor patio is also available for your use. Amenities such as the washer and dryer are readily accessible for your convenience and located out the kitchen door around the back of the house.

The inside looked nice & clean. Well decorated. The sliding bathroom door in the master bedroom needs a little fixing because it'll close on its own. Comfortable beds. I had informed them that the guest bathroom toilet wasn't working properly, so I'm guessing it'll be fixed for the next guest. If I ever come back to Miami, I'll keep this spot in mind.
